Very clean, very accomodating. Decent breakfast. Great staff.
Rooms were a bit small, if a person was sitting at the desk, another person could not walk behind them.
Breakfast was inconsistent: Scrambled eggs were dry and lumpy on some days, on other days they were fine.

The property location was great. It was conveniently placed near essential stores, like Walmart, Wegmans, etc.
The property is poorly maintained. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bedding has a cigarette burn and was extremely distressed. The bathroom had mold in the tub and the grout and paint job was not professionally done. It was an overall nightmare and I would never stay here again.
Location is fantastic for access to major venues and routes ..very attentive staff
The only issue i had was the vinyl plank floors I'm my 2 different rooms rented in two weeks were basically very grimy to the point I got extra towels to place near my bed and sitting area so my feet would not get dirty immediately after showering. Earlier that week I walked from bath to bed and the white socks I had put on were coverered in gritty dirt from walking 12 feet across the floor.
Location
The shower was dirty and there was hair in the shower and on the wall. The AC didn't work and the hosekeeper tried to help me with the AC. The used the phone in the room to call down however the phone just rang. I called 3 times from my own phone and still no answer. I took pictures of the hair on the wall and the shower. The room behind me played music all night long. In the morning the housekeeper was on the floor in the hallway playing music and vacuuming at 8am. There were dogs barking
