Pros:

We enjoyed the swimming pool very much

Cons:

The front desk woman calling my partner, and I quote, "a fucking idiot". Then verbally assaulting him, and telling me he is fucking crazy, over and over again because she failed in her role as manager or front desk associate to work with my vulnerable adult partner trying to locate his meds that were accidentally thrown away when we had first arrived. Her attitude towards us even from our first visit was abhorable, disgusting and not very judgemental. She really should not be working in a customer facing environment if she doesn't know how to control that mouth of hers, and respect her customers for the patronage we paid to stay there. Absolutely disgusting, will not recommend, ever

A Great Night at AmericInn
Pros:

Location, abiity to request a slightly earlier check in time, sufficient parking with a little bit wider spots, helpful and friendly staff, nice pool, ice machine in main common area, spacious rooms, darkening shade, larger sized fridge that was the perfect temp, and a microwave.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited by 8:30; the pan used for hot eggs and sausage was broken (the handle and back hinge); room key required a reset during breakfast; no password on wifi connection; bottles in shower for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice but product didnt lather and dispenser was not secure; and the bed by window did not feel firm or secure on the frame.

Floors in rooms were almost bouncy, elevator was needing update badly, tried to locate someone in evening, several people were looking for someone behind desk , no one around ..

We really only were there to sleep as we were attending an event all weekend.
Pros:

Decent breakfast, hot food items as well as cold options. The food was refilled as it ran out.

The coffee is very week. More fruit options.

Pros:

We love the king's size bed. That was one of the best beds at any hotel we have stayed at and we loved that there was a spot to plug in our cell phone by the bed where you didn't need a wall charger block

Cons:

The\n Pool was too small, very shallow, was very warm. The hot tub was colder than the pool. The steps on the pool were not not that great. I ended up getting injured tried to go up them. The breakfast had many choices but wasn't the greatest of quality and getting charged a $150 extra for the room key until we checked out the following day. That was not expected.
