Who ever inspects cleanings of the rooms should get new glasses

It was close to their air port

Cons:

Dressers had crumbs all over, bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, shampoo dried to the tub, dirty carpets.

I work close by but had bad weather. It was the perfect short stay for what I needed!
Pros:

The best was so comfortable, the shower head was amazing (had great pressure), and I loved that I got a good breakfast before work!

Cons:

It was a little warm, but I am also someone that likes to sleep in the cold. I turned down to 63 but still was warm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was only fair. Quality of food was poor. For example, eggs were from powered mix, cereal was cheap, milk was not whole milk.

Cons:

Lighting in lobby, breakfast room and hallways was harsh. LED bulbs come in softer shades. Carpeting was very old and drab. There was no decaf coffee packs in the room for the coffee maker.

Nice day concerned at the weekend pricing
Pros:

Very well done up-to-date thought the buffet was decent for the breakfast in the morning. Nice and clean overall.

Cons:

Being central New York, it was quite a bit of a sticker shock to look at the difference between a Thursday night and a Friday night pricing for the fact there was only cleaning service if requested and the location of the properties just central New York. It was a pretty steep change

Pros:

Overall our stay was very nice, we stayed Friday-Sunday. There was a hockey team that checked in right before us, and the desk staff put us on a floor above them to help not disturb us. The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel was clean! My kiddos loved the complementary cookies when we first checked in. The breakfast was good, blueberry or regular waffles, sausage, eggs, white/wheat toast, bagels, muffins, a few different strudels, small apple cinnamon rolls, strawberry yogurt, 2 different kinds of cereal, and a few different variety packets of oatmeal, and then regular/decaf coffee, lipton tea, orange juice, apple juice, water, milk, and lemon water were the options offered during our stay. What I liked was coffee, tea and lemon water was offered all day and night long. My only complaint was the pool was nice, but a bit chilly for my liking, but the kids still had fun.

Pros:

This was a great stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than what i usually find for continental breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. There are shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again.
