Fire alarms kept us from getting sleep and we are not compensated for the inconvenience

The location

Cons:

Fire alarm went off during the middle of the night three different times. No one answered the phone at the front desk. After the visit I emailed and asked for compensation because of this. We literally could not sleep that night due to the interruptions. I never received a reply to my email let alone any sort of compensation.

The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:
