Breakfast wasn't great, but better than many motels. Eggs were barely warm and dry. BUT, I don't eat much breakfast so I had enough and it was okay.
Not much. Had to hold the toilet handle down to clear the toilet. Shower curtain BARELY reached the edge of the tub, so water spilled on the floor. Otherwise, all else was very good.
Broken, that is the description of this hotel. The business office computer, the dryer in laundry room, and the hot tub with one working jet. Very disappointed with this location. The water pressure was not good. The positives were the location and price. I would not stay again.
First room we were put in was dirty. Toothpaste spit on the mirror, dried urine on the toilet rim, soap and stuff on the shower walls, carpet not vacuumed, old milk carton left in the fridge with a shelf that had fallen. Went back to the front desk and the man. He was friendly and got us into another room. It was slightly better. The toilet was clean. Shower was dirty, fridge was dirty, carpet was not vacuumed and there was some kind of black specks on the bed spread, coffee spilledon the night stand. With the rooms this dirty there was no way we were trying the breakfast. I will not stay there again and do not recommend this place.
1) Electrical outlets in room and in breakfast area were so worn out that plugs fell out of the wall. 2) Room card said to leave wet towels on bathroom floor for replacement. But despite telling the desk I needed fresh towels, the wet ones were not picked up or replaced. 3) Poor breakfast -- empty coffee pots, soggy sandwiches.
The staff
For the price it doesn't match up. The swimming area is old and needs upgraded. The bathroom could use some work. Just for the price it could have been a lot nicer.
The room was clean.
Hot tub was great.
Location, elevator, laundry
Lighting in bathroom sink area was poor, toilet way to low!
Nice hotel, but getting worn.
5 stars all the way! Amazing staff we always stay there when we go to the anime convention! Breakfast is always delicious, and the rooms are quite clean!
Writing the review to express my concerns regarding our recent stay. The hotel which was advertised as pet-free. Upon arrival, we were assigned two rooms (one for us and one for our children), both of which had a strong odor of cat urine. This was immediately noticeable, and even your front desk female attendant who came to inspect the rooms acknowledged the smell.
Given that we specifically chose your hotel due to its pet-free policy—because members of our party have pet allergies—we were extremely disappointed. The presence of lingering pet odors clearly indicates that either pets were allowed in those rooms in violation of your stated policy, or that post-checkout inspections and cleanings were not conducted thoroughly.
Despite the discomfort and health concerns, we stayed because it was too late and impractical to find alternative accommodations. However, we believe a refund is warranted due to the misleading advertising, health risk, and compromised quality of stay.
Morning breakfast had great options and friendly and helpful staff
great staff; average breakfast
We decided to do a last minute trip to see my parents and stayed at Fairfield Inn. The room was so clean and the staff were more than accommodating to our requests. The kids had a great time in the pool and the free breakfast was excellent.
Went on a business trip to Missoula and stopped here for a night. Amazing stay, rooms were clean, staff was great, and breakfast was good. Will definitely stop here when I come back!
Best stay I've had for a while. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very nice and comfy, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again!!
Upon arriving I found out that I was at the wrong Fairfield, however being tired from my long trip I just booked a room for the night and stayed at the other Fairfield the next night. Both of them were amazing, front desk was inviting and place was clean!
Went here on a solo trip, amazing stay. Friendly service, clean rooms, and good breakfast. Definitely returning soon.
