Good place to stay
First no one said there would be another 100 bucks deposit on top of the payment I made already! Vincent has no idea of what customer service is! Talks over people as they are voicing a problem, talked down on the owners for not updating website! Got his manager to come down she said her name was Mrs D she was half dressed holding a smoking device talking about all they did when they copied my card on their copier was make sure they can prove it was me if said I didn’t come! Check-in was horrible! Got to the room and had to take pictures cause I will not be paying for issues already there. Both Vincent and Mrs D were not following the company policies that are listed on the door! Neither had a name tag on, neither was dressed appropriately. Mrs D wanted to complain about her marriage to us and that is asking for a manager made it worse with her spouse! I will never stay here again, I would suggest that no one else does neither! Property was no where near what the pictures provided looked like, place was noise smelt like cigarette and weed smoke from front door all through the building! Would do half or no stars if it would let me!

We had a great experience here. Ms Dee at the front desk gave us great customer service, was super nice and courteous at all times. Breakfast was great, the room was great we definitely recommend!
The room was nasty. Towels had stains as well as the shower curtain. Hair was in the tub it wasn’t properly cleaned. I scrubbed the walls around the tub. Dirt just rolled off. I would not stay there again. They need better housekeeping.

The front desk staff as well as other staff through the hotel were very friendly, welcoming and extremely nice! They had AMAZING customer service. However the room was not even subpar. Was very disappointed in how run down it truly was. The shower curtain was torn, the ceiling looked as if it had mold or wet spots all over it, the counter tops were wet and stayed wet the entire time we were there. The bathroom has several spots that needed to be fixed and the ice lid was extremely dirty.. however the breakfast was great! And I can’t get over just how awesome the staff was! I did not file a complaint through the front on how bad the room looked because I knew they couldn’t fix it right there or then. But for the most part it was “clean” just had lots of things that really needed to be redone/remodeled.
The breakfast was great. Jaime is the manager he is great and his staff is is friendly. Next time im in town I m going back.

Pool was down the whole weekend, had to change rooms cause there was water leaking from the roof, couldn’t find a room for me once I got there, staff was nice young girl helped us the whole time couldn’t be mad at her she did the best she could
Had to ask everyday for towels and they originally didn’t give us enough for 3 people and they didn’t have enough clean ones the last night. I also had to ask for toilet paper daily. The hallways smelled like mildew and the pool was “under maintenance” but looked like it hasn’t been in service for some time and that was not mentioned in the booking.
The staff was amazing. We had to switch rooms because the tv didn’t work and there wasn’t a lightbulb in the lamp. So we get to the other room. It felt a lot cleaner than the first one. The tv was antenna and I think the other room did not have one so that’s why it didn’t work. The AC was extremely loud and even when it was “off” it was loud. The staff are doing their best with a building and resources that really need updated.

The bed was fine, and there were more breakfast options than I've seen at comparable hotels recently. However, we were bummed the hot tub didn't seem to work properly (jets were very weak) and common areas of the hotel seemed worn. We also had an issue with our room, but the hotel quickly offered to let us change rooms. We did not have an issue with the second room.
This was the worst trip ever. We switched rooms twice. The first room was not clean. There was someone’s shaved hair all over the floor & toilet & pink stuff all over the tub & wall. The second room was worse. No sheets on the bed & look like they threw a party in the room. There was trash everywhere. It was late & we had kids with us so they let us look at a few rooms to see if they were clean. Oh I forgot to mention we drove all the was from Louisiana to this mess. I will not be booking there again.
I ALWAYS STAY AT THIS LOCATION BUT THE HOTEL HAS CHANGED NAMES & SOME MANAGERS !! SMELL IS HORRIBLE LIKE PINE SOIL , FLYING GNATS IN ROOMS & BREAKFAST AREA !! BED LINEN NOT CLEANED!!
It’s not a good property.
A dog was in a room close to us kept barking. The property stated on a sign when we came in no pets allowed. The windows needs to be redone because it sounded like the cars were driving in our room.
We were showed three different rooms, all of them had a smell of mildew or must and the bedding was terribly stained. We ended up leaving and staying else where.
