Stayed on 3/6/26. The sheets on the beds were not changed. It was obvious there were hairs and cut finger or toe nails in the bedding. The night desk person apologized and moved us to another room. That room also had dirty sheets. I would NOT recommend staying here. Notice in the history of reviews this is mentioned often.
If this were my first stay in a Fairfield inn, I'd never stay in another one!
There was NO hand soap in the room, no Kleenex's, no bath matt. The front desk person Fred explained the truck hadn't been there with supplies so that's why there was no soap, he did bring up makeup remover pads to use to wash our hands, he explained this seems to be an on going problem Even the assistant manager hasn't had time to order herself any business cards - so she says, when we asked for one this morning.
The room was dirty as well as the hallway. Sheets were clean, but they have some kind of funky mattress pad on the that made lumps all over the bed.
Breakfast was so bad, I won’t even go into that, take my word of it - don’t eat it.
I think the health inspector should make a visit & why would Marriott let this kind of hotel represent them? Spend a few $$ more & feel good about where you stayed & be able to enjoy your stay. There is NO hospitality here.
Friendly desk staff and facility appears to be clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the wifi did not work, since it was late we didn't report it and just tethered to our phone's data. Good hot breakfast provided and amenities in the executive king suite was great.
When I checked in the clerk, a very nice man, informed me that the Internet was down. My reservation was for three nights and I said that the Internet was important to me. I had booked using points and arrived late in the afternoon. I was going to check out and go to another Marriott property, but I checked the other Marriott locations, they all required more points than I had. I asked the gentleman if they would consider refunding some of my points if I stayed the three nights and he said they’d gladly do so but it’s up to the Manager who he immediately called and she told him yes. When I entered my room, I noticed that there was some updating and repairs definitely needed, for example, the microwave door was broken off its hinges and hanging from the cabinet. The pool was closed for a broken part and of course the Internet issue that I found out later had been down was for weeks. I was told that several customers canceled the reservations and left upon hearing that.
When I checked out, I asked to talk to the manager about the points that I was promised, and she was not available. I subsequently called and she was curt and rude and told me that the most she would give me was 10,000 points however, I had paid 13,000 points a night and thought it was fairly dead at least the one night of points back. I gave up after arguing with her for awhile and just said it’s not worth it and I said I’ll take the 10,000 points.
Weeks later the points were never posted, so I called Marriott and filed a case number and was told out here something within 3 to 5 days from the hotel itself.
Of course I never heard a word from the manager at the hotel because I don’t believe she cares.
After six business days, I called Marriott back and a wonderful professional young man in customer relations, Shawn (or Sean?), investigated and was able to award me about 13,000 points I was due.
I informed Shawn that this hotel and its manager should be immediately investigated because they are not representing the Marriott brand in a positive manner.
The location was good
The bathroom was dirty. Had both type of stains in and on the toilet seat, and the towels had hairs the bathtub was stained with dirt
Fred Velais… I can’t say enough good things about this brother. He is extremely hospitable and really knows how to cater to Customer staying at this hotel. I pray in the future he gets promoted because he has some serious managerial skills and I am extremely happy. I got to stay here and meet this brother.
Good water pressure in shower.
Coffee maker still had water in it from previous guest. Room wasn't cleaned before or during our stay.
The bed sheets was wrinkle as if bed was not changed. Bathroom bath tub was not clean for a 144.00 I expected so much more. I will never make reservation online again can’t get money back or change reservation. Staff was ok
This property needs a lot of maintenance. 2nd floor has dips in the hallway. 1st floor has wall paper coming off, outlet hanging out of wall. Stain bedspreads, broken ac units, holes in wall.

The first room they put us in had a very bad order on the mattress. It smelled like STRONG AND DISCUSSING URIN! Thus is totally unacceptable! Then they proceeded to put us in another room at 1:00 am. When we got to that room and opened the door it was occupied with a man and a women already in there. One was asleep on the bed and the other one was sitting on the bed. All of this happened after a full day of driving and we had an early day of travel that morning! In addition they gave us a beautiful room but it only had a king size bed! I have always loved that hotel and was excited to book it through you guys. THIS MESS AND MOST UNIMAGINABLE EXPERIENCES. I DESERVE A REFUND PLUS TGE RESORT FEE I WAS CHARGED! Walking into a hotel room that is occurred could have had a deadly outcome. I would love.ro see you guys doing the right thing.

I booked this hotel to take my son on a trip to the spar water park, this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was very close to the waterpark not far from amazing eating locations, gas stations, and other accommodations. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean and very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again.
The e rooms were hot
The tub was clogged
The bathroom door did not lock
The a/c was not working properly
Good hotel overall but bed was uncomfortable.
Nice place to stay though the elevator broke down. That would be my only complaint but machinery breaks. They did have a repairman there working on it the next morning which was a Sunday on the 4th of July weekend. So I would give them a thumbs up on maintenance!
Everything was nice.
