Neo is an exceptionally professional LEAD staff member! pleasantly accommodating! Very nice person!

hmm,If there was anything I didn't like( which I'm sure there isn't)
The front desk staff- specifically Miss Neo removed all doubt from anything negative! Bathroom dirty( which it wasn't) Miss Neo's professionalism erased any memory of that! Pricing absurd?( which it definitely was NOT!) Miss Neo's pleasant demeanor would have made up for that! Miss Neo is a welcome addition to Garner's beautiful hotel! We will definitely be returning when we're in the Macon area( definitely will be staying here when Macon gets it's much talked about CASINO! lol)

Good location - near local restaurants.

Cons:

I was surprised to find out that there was an additional pet fee of $30/night. It was not indicated in the reservation information.
The room was very dark - inadequate lighting.
