Pros:

Arrived and had to fumble for key while holding bags to open lobby door even though the night manager was sitting right there watching us .This property is in disrepair. There are broken baseboards, stains on the air conditioner, loose fittings, and crud in the shower. It smells of air freshener throughout the hotel and particularly in the room. The biggest issue is that the shower in the morning was lukewarm. We were informed that the boiler was recently replaced. It is either undersized for the property or set wrong. We had to get back on the road so did not have time to wait for someone to try to fix. When we left the hotel the person at the desk didn't even greet us when coming off the elevator just stated blankly at us. I didn't pay cash we used points but I don't feel we got the value we deserved from our hard earned points.

No toiletries . Pillow cases had an odor . Shower floor was unclean and not scrubbed . I usually bring cleaning products and I scrubbed bathroom floor and shower

A great place to stay for a night or more. Easy to find just off I93 South.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. It was great having two chairs to relax in. Usually one of us has to sit on the bed and that's not comfortable.

Cons:

the water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the water could have been warmer.

Pros:

Comfortable beds. I.was pleased to have both rooms on the ground floor near the swimming pool. Delicious food for breakfast. Pleased to see salt & pepper shakers and napkin holders at each table.

Cons:

No microwave in the room. Had to use one in the lobby.

It was nice but could do without the highway noise
Pros:

The food was warm I like the fact that the pool was open until 11pm so I went down there on the second night the room was nice even tho I thought I was getting a couch and didn't have a couch.

Cons:

The highway noise I didn't sleep well the first night. The dinning area was small and didn't have a lot of seats to be seated. The breakfast area was also small felt like we were on top of each other and only having on elevator to go up to our room. Fitting 6 people in there was very small

Was nice but no hot water for a shower.
Pros:

There was ZERO hot water when I took a shower in the morning. It was hot for about 5 minutes, got shampoo in my hair and it went ice cold. Stood outside of the shower with shampoo in my hair playing with it and I ended up having to deal with cold water just to finish washing my hair. Didn't even wash the rest of my body. Horrible experience.
