Not Luxurious But Comfortable With Reasonable Cost
Pros:

The desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is comparable to higher end hotels with scrambled eggs, waffle machine, juices, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The cost of a room is very reasonable and we will stay here again. We can easily walk to Old Chicago and have a meal and tip a few.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was comfortable. The bathroom was somewhat dated and the exhaust fan wasn't working. The bathtub made it a little difficult for me to exit but my being 77 was a factor.

The staff was friendly and it was a place to stay for the night but the cleanliness needs to improve
Pros:

The location was good and the staff was very friendly. When checking in, staff was able to make it smooth. When checking out, they made sure to ask how our stay was and be welcoming.

Cons:

Once we got into the room, it was not very clean. There were water stains all over the sink, and the shower head. I noticed something on the back door of the bathroom. We also noticed mold growing in the air conditioning unit. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness.

T he room needed a decent, comfortable chair & the toilet needed fixing. When flushing the toilet it make a noise a wake the dead!

The a/c was very loud; like the fan was malfunctioning. Difficult to sleep

Bathroom floor looked like someone ran the mop just pushing dirt to corners and edges.

Pros:

Staff was great. We had to switch rooms because of the sewer gas smell in the room. It was explained that the city has been contacted but nothing has been done to help yet. New room we went to had a leak from the air conditioner but everything else was wonderful.

Sewer gas smells in the first room.
