Terrible. I asked for a discount, but was told Management will give me a call and I never received
Pros:

No much, bad experience.

Cons:

I was booked a room and given the key. When we got to the room, someone else was occupying the room. They gave us another room, but daylight time changed and we lost a hour. I asked the front desk for an 1 hour extension and was denied. I was told no Supervisor will be available til Monday. I had to leave to catch a flight, but was highly upset with the services.

I had the person from the front desk come in my room while I was in the bed. And booking.com gave me a discount that never posted to my booking

Everything was good, but paying twice and no refund.
Pros:

Next to some good food places. Staff were cool. Very clean. First clean hotel I been in for a while. Easy access. Not noisy.

Cons:

I had to pay twice for no reason. $400 deposit a little too much. The elevator needs an update feels old. They need breakfast or SOMETHING, but I get that iHOP and Denny’s is next door too so business-wise why compete? The refund was sent to Booking.com and NOT MY DEBIT CARD. Still waiting. This was valentines day it is now March 10th.

absolutely awful customer service
Pros:

this Saturday night management of this hotel and the general manager is absolutely horrible. I am a constant business traveler, and this is the worst hotel experience ever had with a staff in 30 years. Do not stay at this hotel.

Sports teams: DON’T STAY HERE!
Pros:

Front desk called cops on families for simply trying to hang out with each other in lobby at 10pm. We were here with multiple hockey teams for a tournament in Saginaw. Several groups of families from multiple teams were peacefully and not loudly chatting in the lobby, a common practice so people get a chance to bond after the games are over for the day. At 9:50pm, Bobo the front desk staff rudely told us we had to leave at 10pm because the lobby was “closed”and when we nicely asked to see the policy and/or speak to a manager, she refused. She then called the cops, 4 of whom came with 2 on stand by, and she blew kisses and taunted us when we dispersed. The whole experience was beyond belief and upsetting to both parents and kids. When we tried filed a complaint the next day, the hotel front desk staff apologized but there were no complaint forms and we had to write a note on a blank piece of paper. We still have not heard anything from the hotel and it’s been several days. If you have team and you are looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend you find another hotel in the area. Other teams staying at other hotels in the area did not have this issue with rude front desk staff or their lobbies “closing.” Some other teams went to the Hampton Inn close by and we heard it was great.

Cons:

The staff, they called the police on children that were just having fun. They were not to loud or disrespectful. Bobo was so mean and rude to the guest. So disappointed.
