Parking !
Pros:

Easy location, lots of fun places near by, and they had Parking! Safe parking! This was a huge factor in choosing this property

Cons:

When I checked in, I told the front desk that I would check out one day earlier. The front deck person said I simply needed to check out one day earlier and they would refund me one day's fee. However, when I checked out, the front desk refused to refund me and they refused to modify my reservation.

Pros:

Plenty of stuff to do that is walking distance for the hotel. Food, shopping, and entertainment is just right outside the door.

Cons:

Its a bit off the beaten path and some what isolated. However, this is a perfect place to stay if you are preparing for a flight out of SFO and you coming back from Napa a day early to beat the traffic. Its conveniently located.

Nice view, clean rooms, sketchy area to park your car.
Pros:

Nice bay view. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Cons:

Seems like a crime area (were warned not to leave items in car). Pool and jacuzzis were murky so didn’t want to enter. Evening staff were not welcoming and short.

Great place to stay if you're traveling on the train
Pros:

This hotel was so convenient to the Emeryville Amtrak station, just walk up and through the walkway over the tracks and you're practically there. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The price and that breakfast wasn't included with the room booking.
