Great place to stay if you're traveling on the train
Pros:

This hotel was so convenient to the Emeryville Amtrak station, just walk up and through the walkway over the tracks and you're practically there. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The price and that breakfast wasn't included with the room booking.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Staff was great! Desk staff, informative & helpful. Breakfast was wonderful & staff at restaurant were attentive.
The cleaning lady was also very accommodating! Nicest shower we have ever seen in a hotel. (I believe we were in a handicapped accessible room. )

I will think twice before booking Sheridan again.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and respectful

Cons:

Elevator not working and didn’t feel safe with doors wide open to anyone who walks in. I had stayed in Sheridan in LA prior to coming to SF so decided to book the same. Very scary experience

Hotel was mediocre at best. Will not stay again.
Pros:

They apparently "upgraded" us to an ADA room -- I guess in some people's minds that is an upgrade. The room was large, but weirdly, poorly arranged.

Cons:

The bathroom had no mirror. The bed was TOO soft, almost squishy. The room was so close to the freeway we heard freeway noise all night long. I guess that was the "upgrade?" Being closer to the freeway? (We had a room closest to the freeway.) There was no refrigerator in the room.

The front desk night women was very welcoming.

Cons:

Wasn’t notified about construction so parking was a little difficult. Also value of room wasn’t what I expected .
