All in all our trip was beautiful. We were comfortable and felt very safe.
Pros:

We loved our room. Your staff was amazing, the day we arrived we were met with smiles and awesome service.

Cons:

There was no breakfast served on Sunday. Being there with a group that would have been fantastic. We ended up having to go out and buy breakfast spending more money.

Would not stay there again.
Pros:

Room was good size. Area around pool was very nice.

Cons:

Lots of deferred maintenance. Slider was hard to open and close. Screen door would not stay in track. Door sill extremely dirty. Parking lot was a mess.

Pros:

Staff and location was great, loved the sitting area outside room.

Cons:

HVAC system, believe it was a two pay plumbing system. Didn’t cool the place at all. Spider webs, the dual door to another room.

Comfortable room.
Pros:

We were not at first given the room reserved. The second room had no heat. The last room was great! We were in the first floor. The outside entry door to the hallway did not lock.

Cons:

We booked thinking that we would have breakfast when we got up. No food service on Sundays. I guess you really need to read the fine print. The staff did wither could but should not have been placed in that situation.
