Booked 2 Queen beds got 1 king bed and didn’t refund difference said get in touch with booking.com also no parking

Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

The property is on the beach! The staff were more than helpful. Luis is a very dependable employee and has a very pleasant attitude . As for the outside bar, Phillips ( his last name…I don’t remember his first name) also has Avery pleasant attitude and was very helpful.

The property is a little outdated. The property could use some updating.

Location is right on the beach

Cons:

The facilities are disgusting, not well kept at all. For $550 a night in my city I would be in a luxury hotel with a bell hop to carry my luggage and a fine dining meal experience. Only one elevator worked the entire time, no ice in ice machines, building is falling apart. I was there for 3 nights and only got a knock on the door once from housekeeping for more towels, the balcony door was so hard to open I threw my back out. Definitely overpriced, this hotel would be $100 a night in okc and would be in the bad parts of the city. Do better sheraton

Wonderful stay I will return however I will request a higher up room that not on the first floor.

Location and breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

Being on the first floor. Location of the room balcony view is block and not the best for short children. Also looking at the roof was not a good view based on what I thought I was paying for.

Treated like royalty
Pros:

Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted. The chef came to our table and asked if everything was good. The breakfast is amazing and always fresh. The food at the Upper Deck was wonderful. We ate on property because it was so good and the employees are so wonderful. The beach is clean and not crowded. Highly recommend for location, facilities and the attention to detail from the staff.
