By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I booked this hotel for four days through a third party, but due to car troubles, we missed the first day. When we showed up, they said they gave our room away and that they were booked for the remainder of the day. I asked for a refund because I used a substantial amount of points. They refused and they denied giving my room away. I’ve never dealt with such an unethical, rude, and unsympathetic staff. We literally traveled over 16 hours for the trip to be ruined. Luckily there are way better hotels, but just stay far away from this one!!!!
Right on the beach
Older building
The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location was great.
Didn't care for it being pet friendly, someone near me dog barked all night. Housekeeping came once so I had to call & ask for new towels.
Excellent location and family friendly
Location
The body wash bottle was empty
Kathy at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very professional and courteous.
The pillows were not to my liking. They collapse underneath you. The beds were ok. I did not like that there was not much parking during our stay. We had to park very far from our building.
The huge balcony and the gulf view was amazing
The pullout couch mattress was not comfortable.
We love that you check in either an automatic drink voucher and 25 dollar food credit and the bar is right in the lobby!

It was a nice location, close to the pier and many other things.
They charged $200 for incidentals when it was supposed to be $50 . And it was only for one night and now I have to wait on the money back for who knows how long
Bartender was great- other staff helpful.
I did not like how you had to buy $25 worth of food at night and in the morning. The whole program was confusing and several other guests were confused about it
Our hotel room was fine. Just as you would expect from a Sheraton Four Points. Room lay out and bathroom all clean, up to date, and comfy for two. The kitchette in the room has an apartment size fridge and a sink, making it more functional than most hotel rooms. We had a room facing the Gulf and the view was terrific. The beach is just beautiful. If you book a room facing the courtyard, it is very pretty. The first floor of the Gulf facing rooms have a cement balcony wall, the furniture is pub height on so that you can see the water, however the furniture is not comfortable to hang out and read a book. If you pay extra for the view make sure you are on floors 2-6. We loved the beachy atmosphere of the little restaurant at the water side pool. It was the first day they were open after the winter break and the bartender was also the wait staff. He was a great guy. Every staff member that we interacted with was wonderful. A really friendly great crew. There is one negative that must be mentioned, the condition of some of the shared exterior spaces. . The exterior stairways need a good power wash, and maybe a coat of deck paint. The railings are metal pipes with chipped (chunks) black paint and rust. I do know that being so close the salt water makes keeping thing fresh harder, but these railings have not been painted in well more than a year. Bird poop and those little black circles that are usually old chewing gum were plentiful on the walkways. Break out that power washer!
