Hotel Capstone

Property was conveniently located on campus. Staff was nice, bar restaraunt was convenient and poo was cleaned daily during our stay.

We started with a partial roll of toilet paper. When we ran out, we looked for an extra roll. Nope. We called the front desk on the room phone to request more. No answer, left a message as directed. Waited, used tissues, then called again, same thing, no answer, “leave a message.” An hour later we left for breakfast and stopped by the front desk to relay the issue. They said “when you come back, stop by here and we will give you some.” Hmm, ok. So we did. Got up to the room at 1:10 pm, bed not made, no fresh towels—no back up TP. Left again, came back at 3:30, still hadn’t made bed. I called the front desk and was told “they clean the rooms for the incoming guests and if there is time, they will make up your room.” Hmm. So I asked for towels and TOILET PAPER. At 4:50pm, they knocked and dropped them outside the door. Once you’ve checked in—you’re on your own—zero service.

Always a good stay at the Capstone. Close to everything , very walkable and the staff is always very friendly.

We stayed here to celebrate my aunt’s 70th birthday, and everything was wonderful! The staff was absolutely awesome — friendly, helpful, and made sure our stay was special. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the entire team for helping make this milestone birthday so memorable!

Enjoyed our king suite... housekeeping forgot to come one day, but the front desk gave us a partial credit, so that was greatly appreciated!

Hotel is very convenient to the University

Stayed after a game so hotel was quiet. Location is fantastic. My room was a little tired but a good option if on campus or going to a game.

Very nice place to stay. The room was not the cleanest. Paint peeling off in the bathroom and trash and dust behind the night stand. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly (especially Gabriel)! I really enjoyed the facility and amenities of this hotel. It was very clean! In addition, the parking lot had ample and convenient parking—which was great for me! It was the least complicated parking and hotel I have visited.

I did not have time to use the outdoor pool but the area was so clean and tidy. I enjoyed the location as I could walk around campus without worrying about moving car or getting lost. It’s very safe. They have a gym on-site but I found campus walks to be beautiful and satisfying.

I had enough toiletries, clean towels, and a comfortable bed to make my stay enjoyable! 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.

This stay at the Capstone was less than impressive. Felt like a hindrance than a guest on this stay.

We got in town for a Bana game and things were crazy. We were able to check in quickly and get our things in the room, then go check everything out. Everyone was super friendly and it was very clean. Will stay her We again.

The service that we received here was incredible and to be able to stay on campus, I am so grateful for that. However, the hotel is absolutely showing its age and desperately needs a refresh. Of course I would love to stay here again, but I do hope she gets a well deserved face lift some time soon.
