When there was a problem staff helped out
My first room was a mess, located directly over the stage for a loud event, in which the setup even the day before and morning of stopped us from resting. In the room there was a loud constant buzz from the fridge, and the air conditioner was very loud turning on and off and couldn't be set to just stay on, leaving a loud, warm and disruptive sleep. On top of all that, the supplied hair drier given by the hotel blew the fuse in the room TWICE leaving me in the dark and needing to visit the front desk. After the first night stay, I was able to switch to a better room that did not have those problems, which was a great improvement.
Breakfast was fantastic! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Central location to what we were doing.
Little freezer top for ice packs for journey home. More than 2 coffee pods for morning(4) preferably and 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Cleanliness, FRIENDLINESS of staff. Having enough towels or face cloths for number of guests reported. ''Breakfast included'' however only for 2 adults, when booking for a family of 4 is misleading. FINE PRINT is a deceptive method of doing this.
La salle de jeu au sous-sol (mini golf, bowling et arcade). Toutefois cela aurait pu être gratuit, étant donné le prix élevé de chambre.
Situé à côté du restaurant Crabby Joe’s Bar & Grill; super bon et pas cher pour éviter de manger à l’hôtel.
Le stationnement: difficile à trouver, des frais supplémentaires s’appliquent et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour vous rendre à la réception à votre arrivée. Surprise! Le déjeuner n’est pas inclus comme je le croyais. Des frais supplémentaires de 20$ /personne pour déjeuner! Au prix que cet hôtel coûte, le déjeuner devrait être inclus!
Les murs ne sont pas bien insonorisés; on entend tout ce qui se dit dans la chambre à côté (les adultes qui parlent fort, les enfants excités et les bébés qui pleurent…). Il y a un carillon à l’extérieur qui sonne toutes les 15 minutes à partir de 9h le matin et on entend le beep de la traverse piétonnière parfois en continu…
La piscine est moins grande en vrai que sur la photo et bondée de gens dont plusieurs se baignent tout habillés… je ne trouve pas cela très propre et le maillot de bain devrait être obligatoire.
Amazing location right next to an ION station and a 15 minute easy walk from Kitchener GO. Pool was nice and the beds were really comfy.
Not the most soundproof rooms. Wasn't a problem for us but we could hear a lot of chatter from outside the room. The shower also sometimes took forever to get hot water, other times it worked immediately.
