There were a few minor issues but would stay again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed , nice to have both fridge and microwave , Aqua restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast ! Menu options for dinner were good at a reasonable price and the free breakfast buffet was awesome ! The hotel and restaurant staff were great !

Cons:

Room was always cold , HVAC controls had no effect on temperature. We were given a room on the same floor as some kind of kids tournament , very noisy but was okay later on in the day. The smell of chlorine in the lobby and restaurant area was almost too much ! Better ventilation to the outside is required , we could even smell it on the fourth floor at the elevators ! The shower worked poorly and both shampoo and conditioner bottles contained shampoo . The TV channel options were only so-so .

Cons:

Very run down and the entire basement (arcade, bowling lanes, mini putt, etc.) is entirely abandoned and not functional at all. The entire property has a slightly haunted energy that is uncomfortable. If they renovated and refreshed the main areas and rooms it has the potential to be a much better experience.

Lovely but cold
Pros:

Excellent location, big beautiful room, and fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

Ice machine didn't work and there was no heat, as they still had the air conditioning on in the middle of October. Also not great for people with mobility issues

Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic loved the buffet.

Cons:

Charged me an early check in fee of 50 dollars which I've never paid anywhere else had no choice to pay it as we had nowhere to go with our luggage in the meantime being from out of town. Bed was hard and uncomfortable on a premium room. My wife didn't sleep well.

Near to metro station and restaurants, bed was ok

Cons:

toilet -is cramped, showers are leaking, the elevators were making noise ( one was not working - under maintenance); No water in the room, no kettle , even the door was not closing properly

Cons:

室内有气味。床品不干净。向员工说明情况，员工第一反应是，你下午入住的，现在才说，是不是你自己弄脏的。屋内别的设施，你用过没？这种态度，也实在让人很不舒服。虽然最后也是给换了房间。但是第二个房间，床上也有头发。所以，这个酒店，卫生条件有问题。

Clean hotel with friendly staff however disappointing when it came to the kids amenities
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff

Cons:

Kids amenities like the arcade and bowling were run down and in disrepair. Over 10 arcade machines and most were broke and the other took your money and didn’t work
Definitely a huge disappointment
The bowling was $12 for an hour and worked for maybe 10 minutes
Kids were extremely disappointed

We were 1 adult and 2 children. The over $300 room only included breakfast for 2. I had to pay $22 for the third person to eat

Very nice stay, staff were wonderful, great downtown location and wonderful breakfast.
Pros:

Location. Very helpful and polite staff. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Parking a little awkward and tight to get into with a pickup truck, and entrance gate not positioned for ease of using the parking card; had to exit the vehicle to reach the scanner.
Also no elevator in parking garage so when leaving had to carry luggage up and down stairs (and front circle was occupied by a few cars so could not load luggage there).
Not many luggage carts available most of the time)
