Nice staff but bring a fan
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and breakfast buffet was very good!

Cons:

The room was like a sauna. We could not adjust the temperature and was given an excuse about it being this way because of the weather (?). A fan was brought to our room which did very little. We were. drenched in sweat the whole night and it was March!

Great location, clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Would gladly stay again.
Pros:

This was a lovely location. Close to the market. Easily accessible parking. Very clean. Really good breakfast with many options for diverse diets. The breakfast was also replenished regularly. The rooms were clean and modern. Lots of outlets for all the devices. We’ll set up gym.

Cons:

Very minor concerns. The in room coffee maker produced barely warm coffee.
There was a significant celebration on the Saturday evening. While the staff clearly made an effort to minimize the impact of the noise (they closed the fire doors between the sections of the hotel) the volume of the party was disrupting. Thankfully we were all quite tired and managed to fall asleep anyway. It would have been nice to be forewarned so that we could have brought earplugs.

No water in rooms? Rooms used to have balcony doors that were just screwed and taped shut? Looked very unappealing when in the room.

There is way better hotels in Kitchener.
Pros:

Came here for a sports event in Kitchener with family. Lobby was nice but the rest of the hotel was run down. Doors slammed all night, kids running the hallways. No way to control heat in the room. The area is full of unhoused persons and are overdosing all over the sidewalks and begging for change. There is a small pool and the gym is stuffed in the basement with old equipment.

I would look elsewhere before booking there.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall (one week-end). The King room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was complete and varied. And the staff was welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Kitchener, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We didn't use the parking or pool.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the rooms are not very well soundproofed, which can be slightly inconvenient if you like to sleep in.

wont be returning, waste of money.
Cons:

the fact i was charged 75$ at checkout for breakfast when it wasnt made aware to me when purchasing it was that high of a price for a plate of food and 2 ceasers.. the staff were super ignorant and unhelpful. will never go back again.

Breakfast was great , lots of selection , fresh fruit s as and choice of sweetened snd unsweetened yogurt

Cons:

I tried an omelette snd crepes. Vegetables were not cooked and neither were eggs. Tried a crepe but s as lol undercooked. Both were fried in oil which is not compatible with egg dishes

Pros:

Love the fitness center with everything you can think of. 5 pin bowling 5$/hr/Lane kids loved it. Homemade mini golf was ok and arcade was a disappointment some machines took out money.
Things I loved was safe parking onsite and available till midnight of your check out day. Close to bus and train routes to the mall, also a few restaurants in walking distance. Loved the beds!!!!!
