Nice staff and clean room
Pros:

I liked that they have friendly staff, nice TV, and a nice breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like that the shower gets very hot and I couldn't lower the temperature much.

Pros:

The location is convenient to the places I was visiting.

Cons:

The front desk receptionist checked me in with a wad of tissue stuck up his nose and a generally unkempt appearance. I suspected a human trafficking incident in the same corridor as my hotel room. All the trims and furnishings in my room were worn, peeling, stained, or missing.

Won't ever stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast basically OK but nothing to write home about. Very little food with fiber in it.

The main value was proximity to where I needed to be next morning.

Cons:

1. WiFi did not work
2. Land line did not work
3. No cold water to the shower. Shower water was almost enough to scald.
4. The morning check out guy did not care at all, and did not offer to help.
5. The promo information said they had a shuttle, which was parked outside. The morning guy said they don't use it so I had to take an Uber in the morning.
6. I asked for a room far from the elevator. The room assigned to me was two doors away from the elevator.

Terrible, had to move hotels.
Cons:

There is a known problem of the water in some of the rooms being so hot you can barely shower. Ended up moving hotels cause the water was so hot we couldn’t bathe our child. Tv was finicky on working. Place was under construction. Overall just not happy

Breakfast was good. I was disappointed it didn't include bacon, only sausage. But waffles were good.
Pros:

The property is undergoing a remodel which is needed. It was dated & could use an upgrade. The bed was squeaky but okay. I've stayed at the Sheraton & HomeSuites by Hilton both in Lakewood. Both were very nice but a little pricey.

Cons:

The bed & shower. Both are dated.
