Needs updating, we stayed in the suite that was less updated then standard rooms and not clean/had a bad odor. Pool is the highlight- it’s not actually heated but the room is ridiculously hot - felt like you were in a sauna and hard to breathe unless you were in the pool. Coffee offered all day was good though!

Pros:

Great location. The hotel is beginning to age. Tennis courts huge cracks and AC leaks outside rooms. But super clean. Helpful staff. Glad they close the pool at 9.New outside lounge chairs for pool would be great! But still love this hotel!

Dirty Linens & Bad WiFi
Pros:

I was hopeful when I saw how nice the hotel had been remodeled, but the first time I went into the bathroom that hope disappeared. Every towel, washcloth and hand towel had very long black hair embedded in it. The hair was on the bathroom floor too. I also had a dead insect in my bed sheets. Clearly, no one is checking the linens before laying them out. The WiFi is horrible. I’ve used free guest WiFi at hotels all over the world and have never experienced such horrible and sometimes nonexistent network connectivity.

Clean room and comfortable beds, but noisy, dark room overlooking the pool
Pros:

We stayed here for one night using points, and it was adequate for what we wanted to do in the area. Close proximity to Wellfleet and Provincetown. And there were several parks nearby where we access trails. Recommend asking for an exterior room rather than one overlooking the pool.

Pros: nice staff, comfortable bed, clean room
Cons: poor lighting, dark room, room overlooking the indoor pool can be noisy

Great stay for families—pools and location are the highlights
Pros:

We spent 4 nights here in July 2025 (two adults, two kids under 12) in a “large double-queen” room. Heads-up: the beds feel closer to double than true queen size, but everything else hit the mark.

Pools: Both the indoor and outdoor pools were spotless and a big win for the kids.

Service: The bartender was genuinely friendly and quick to accommodate special requests.

Room & Cleanliness: Exactly what I expect from a Four Points—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Breakfast: Standard buffet with a nice surprise—some hot items made to order.

Location: Short drive to plenty of restaurants and 10 - 20 minutes from the beach.

All in, we’d absolutely come back. The value, pools, and prime location outweigh the minor bed-size quibble.

Bellamy's is Back at Four Points Cape Cod!
Pros:

It was so nice to see that Four Points Eastham is doing a soft opening of their on site restaurant, Bellamy's Bar and Grille for light snacks and cocktails. It's been shut down since Covid due to no staff availability. The Cape is notorious for staffing shortages in all areas of the economy and also lack of housing for staff especially during peak season, so this is really a refreshing and welcome change for regular visitors like us. We are certainly cheering them on and hope it works and they get it fully staffed and expand the menu to eventually include and apps and sandwiches. Chris, the GM has made some noticeable changes that we appreciate. We visit several times a year and always stay here. It is unusual in the hotel business to have long term employees and we know several of them. Tabatha, Mike and Bernie (front desk) and Nicole and Flora (restaurant) have all been here for many years and know the Cape, what's going on, where to go and what to try. All are great resources and wonderful people. Indoor and outdoor pools are the best around, plenty big with ample seating, tables and umbrellas and 10' deep end depths. Four Points Eastham is a wonderful place run by and staffed by wonderful people. Try it the next time your in the area.

Pros:

We really liked the location, the pools and the cleanliness. We were a bit disappointed that the onsite restaurant isn’t fully open yet but we enjoyed Caroline’s down the road. The bed was super comfy. A very nice hotel.
