OK because of swimming pool; the rest not worthy staying
Pros:

The hotel was OK and the indoors swimming pool deserves high points. That's the one that saved us from totally feeling disappointed.

Cons:

It is a hotel with the name of Sheraton. The restaurant was worse than any roadside snack house. From all the food on the menu they had only a fraction. From the list of 8 promising red wines, they had only 2, the served white wine from the list was not nice, the root beer undrinkable (not over date, but soured), the food that we managed to get was almost unedible with the grilled chicken partly completely charcoaled. Atmosphere dark and like a roadside cafe. The serving guy however was nice and tried his best to do what he had to do with the limited means. Our wonderment: is this really run by Sheraton, it was a shame

It was an enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I traveled with my Mom and Sister and they put us in adjacent rooms keeping us together which i found to be a nice touch. Very friendly staff.

Pros:

The staff in the restaurant were so nice and helpful. The location was great. Did not use the indoor or outdoor pool.

Cons:

could use a little updating. Had the balcony to the indoor pool which made the room dark and don’t have sunlight into room

We stayed the twice now and its the place to go on the cape
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice with a good variety the wait staff was excellent

Cons:

We stayed a year ago the only thing that changed was the chef that worked there then. He was really special. But all in all still very good

Should have been informed of no pool so I could cancel
Cons:

I booked it for the indoor pool. Closed. No reason why. Thought should be compensated. Staff did not want to hear it. Breakfast was 18.00 per person which I received in Newport the week before for free. Same food

Really nice place with a good location to go almost anywhere in an hour or less.
Pros:

Convenient location
Large room, didn't feel cramped
Indoor pool was a plus
Service at breakfast buffet

Cons:

Nothing bad really. Only comment was during our 3 day stay there wasn't room cleaning service.
