Pros:

The staff in the restaurant were so nice and helpful. The location was great. Did not use the indoor or outdoor pool.

Cons:

could use a little updating. Had the balcony to the indoor pool which made the room dark and don’t have sunlight into room

We stayed the twice now and its the place to go on the cape
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice with a good variety the wait staff was excellent

Cons:

We stayed a year ago the only thing that changed was the chef that worked there then. He was really special. But all in all still very good

Should have been informed of no pool so I could cancel
Cons:

I booked it for the indoor pool. Closed. No reason why. Thought should be compensated. Staff did not want to hear it. Breakfast was 18.00 per person which I received in Newport the week before for free. Same food

Really nice place with a good location to go almost anywhere in an hour or less.
Pros:

Convenient location
Large room, didn't feel cramped
Indoor pool was a plus
Service at breakfast buffet

Cons:

Nothing bad really. Only comment was during our 3 day stay there wasn't room cleaning service.

The pool with room by the water was amazing!

Cons:

The TV didn't work, the room phone didn't work. No easy food places to go to while in Eastham during the time we went! A lot of the electric sockets were great or didn't work. We stayed in room 106.

Stay at the 4 Points very comfortable with welcoming staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was just ok, better offerings in nearby restaurants. Evening bar food was really good. The staff was guest-focused and professional.

Cons:

The pool was frigid. Expectations high due to ambient temp in the atrium. The area was well-kept all around, just uncomfortably cold in the water. I’d heard there was a hot tub yet dis not see a sign of one.

Probabl good just wont come back during school vacation week
Pros:

Room was spacious, comfortable and a good price.

Cons:

It was school vacation week and there was hockey tournament in the area apparently, so there were kids everywhere. Also I did not realize that all the rooms would look out onto the indoor pool which was incredibly noisy even after 9pm. More enforcement of the pool rules would probably be good.
