Cons:

My mum left an item in her room. Unfortunately it was not returned to the front desk by the cleaning staff. That did not leave me with much faith in the hotel. I will not return because of this. We have called twice and each time just told nothing was handed in. No offer to contact me in the future. Not impressed with your customer service.

Shuttle experience was terrible

The gentleman working at check was nice

Cons:

We called at 11:15 pm for the airport shuttle and were told it would arrive at 11:30pm. By 11:45pm it hadn’t arrived so we called again. Apparently it had to stop for gas even though it was the last scheduled shuttle from the airport. It finally arrived at midnight and the driver had one seat available. My husband and I were travelling together and he was going to leave one of us behind as it was the last shuttle. The driver then offered the floor of the van for me to sit on. It was the only option at this point so I said yes. Not a great experience at all. Hotel rooms were fine but over priced for what you get.

Helemaal prima voor een nachtje.
Pros:

Dichtbij luchthaven, makkelijk parkeren.

Cons:

Kussens waren allemaal erg dik. Ook een paar plattere kussens zou prettig zijn voor mensen die op hun buik slapen.
Beetje gehorig, de airco hebben we uitgezet vanwege de herrie.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider staying there again next time we come to Vancouver/Richmond
Pros:

Very good location with lots of good restaurants around there. There is a shopping mall and supermarket within walking distance. Complimentary airport shuttle is very nice if you don’t have a rental car. Parking is US$10/night with the parking lot right in front of the hotel and is very secure and convenient. There is complimentary coffee and tea, and water in the lounge. A small refrigerator and a microwave in room (we got a deluxe king room) are added benefits. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom somehow smells a little.

Pros:

The proximity to the airport. The buffet breakfast at a charge of 20.00 per person was worth it. You receive generous portions, hope you're hungry 😀. The female server was extremely kind and helpful.

Pros:

Niets in het bijzonder.

Cons:

Dit hotel i.v.m. WK voetbal ruim van te voren geboekt. 2 dagen voor 551 euro. Na 3 weken camperen wat luxe. Dagje Vancouver en om 4 uur p.m. geen schoongemaakte kamer. Navraag bij receptie krijg je een vriendelijk antwoord dat dat voor 10 uur a.m. bij receptie gevraagd moet worden. Serieus? Duur hotel 😃, dus geen schone handoeken, geen koffie, volle prullebakken. Maar dat staat niet in de kamervoorwaarden van Booking.com. Ontbijt moet apart betaald worden. 20 Can Dollar en daar krijg je niets bijzonder voor. Verder in dit hotel geen water in koelkast. Heb heel wat gereisd en er zijn hotels voor 45 euro per nacht die meer service aan hun gasten geven. Uiteindelijk bleek ook de laatste dag dat de 2 dagen aangeboden werd voor 251 euro.

Pros:

Bra läge nära flygplatsen och att de hade gratis löpande busstransfer dit. Fick ett supertrevligt rum högst upp med fantastisk utsikt. Fick även en extra tim utcheckningstid vilket var perfekt.
Skön säng, kaffemaskin mm Det hade allt man vill ha. Det fanns också gott om trevliga ytor i entren där man kunde sitta och jobba eller bara ta det lugnt.

Cons:

Gästen innan hade ställt in alarmet på 06 vilket inte var så kul när jag nu skulle ha sovmorgon men det har ju inget med hotellet att göra dock.

Comfortable, yes, not luxurious, but quite functional.
Pros:

Airport shuttle was available. Location is really good--walking distance to everything one may need.

Cons:

Elevator was faulty. There is no regular shuttle service. One has to call first to avail of the shuttle service.
