The restaurant meal (not the included breakfast) was terrible. I ordered a steak dinner and the steak was cold and I had to send it back. The vegetables were just strewn on the plate. I would rate the meal ZERO stars in a 5 star evaluation.

The shuttle service at airport pickup was poor , we had to wait an hour. Other hotel shuttles came by twice during the time we waited
