Relaxing and stressfree
Pros:

The room was nice, clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and happy to assist. Shuttle to and from airport was straightforward, easy to set up and on time.

Cons:

The air conditioner in my room made some noise.

Good location
Pros:

Great location, and they have a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Room was dirty - linens were stained and the bed skirt had visible dirt.

Won’t stay again because of shuttle service.
Pros:

It’s only okay.

Cons:

Waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle. The excuse was a lane closure but other shuttles for nearby hotels came by 3 or 4 times. I stayed here before and after waiting almost 1.5 hours, ended up taking a taxi. I think they only run it when they have a few people to pick up. Was planning to stay here on my return trip, but cancelled because of the shuttle
Service. Going to the airport works, but not pick up.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing special but it would have been acceptable except everything was lukewarm to cold.

Our short stay before boarding plane at 2:00 am was comfortable also good eats in the vicinity!Chinese food!

It was noisy because there was a humming noise the whole night.
Also it was poor sozndproofed, so that we heard the people who had to get up very early.
