Dirty hotel
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

Whole hotel has a bad smell. Carpets are dirty inside room and outside. Even lobby Carpets are dirty and has a very strong bad smell. Washroom is dates. It requires new toilet and shower place is not clean at all. Overall this hotel has a huge cleanliness problem.

Comfortable bed. That’s all.
Pros:

The bed was still very comfortable and the hotel is very accessible.

Cons:

It’s gone downhill since our last visit. The edges of the chest and ottoman were sticky. So as the drawers. That’s pretty gross. Staff were indifferent and not very helpful.

Comfortable bed, appreciated being able to check in early

Cons:

Could use a deep clean, bed skirt, curtain had some major stains and shower had some green stuff around the base.

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Bar tables were dirty. Bathroom exhaust fans had spider webs. Wasn't real close to downtown, not being to Vancouver before didn't know where the hotel was located.

The hotel location was good
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the bath tub was very nice

Cons:

I was looking for basic things like cutlery and the staff member at reception said they ran out and then I asked if there's any other way to get it and she said No and just turned around and did her work like she had no interest in trying to help us with those basic things that hotels should have. I even reported the coffee machine to the same person that it ran out of coffee and I was told there's nothing she can do.
The toilet in our room was smelly when we arrived. It wasn't clean properly.
