I would stay there again.
Pros:

The front desk personnel were very professional and friendly.

Cons:

I went to make coffee and there was almost a cup of water in the water well in the back of the machine. The ice bucket had dust on the cover. There was a hook missing on the inside of the bathroom door and when you flushed the toilet, there was 3-5 bird chirp sounds. These were not typical of Hilton Hotels!!!!

Location is great. Food was great .

Cons:

The price. It was way overpriced. For the weekend we were there , it was hard to get a room because of soccer tournament, and the rooms were expensive

Pros:

The lobby is very nice.

Cons:

One woman was friendly, I wish I knew her name so she could get the recognition. Most of the staff wasn't very friendly at all for working at a hotel. The rooms weren't horrible, but could be cleaner!! The tub is stained. My son wanted to use the pool one day, and we got told due to maintenance, he wasn't able to use it until 5pm. Sorry, but I didn't find it worth the money!!

Lovely
Pros:

We’ve been staying at the Doubletree in Leominster for many years. Everybody has been wonderful. Our room has been lovely. The service is amazing. The girls at the front desk could not be nicer and of course the chocolate chip cookies are amazing. The restaurant bar downstairs is very good. Their salads are amazing for us the locations perfect because we’re their own business, but I recommend everybody to stay good experience.

Cons:

For what we need everything has been wonderful so we really don’t have a problem with anything

Pros:

Bien ubicado para ir a esquiar a Wachussett. Las galletas de siempre deliciosas.

Cons:

No hacen el cuarto todos los días pero si lo pides lo hacen. Mis hijos son alérgicos a las plumas y fue un poco complicado conseguir unas almohadas que no tuvieran.

Wonderful Hotel for Family Event
Pros:

Wonderful accommodations for a family’s event. Hotel is conveniently located off of route 2. Currently under renovations, however the renovations did not disrupt our stay. Rooms were updated, spacious and clean. Great job by the house keeping staff. Our apologies for not getting their names. On-site breakfast for a fee was delicious. Thank you to Carol and Jesse for your attention to our family with food allergies. You both made them feel included so our day began on a positive note. Shout out to Crystal and Britney in the reception area who always had a smile for all guests. Lastly, our gratitude to the sales dept: Julie, Michelle, and especially Britney for all emails, timely follow ups and whenever possible accommodating the special requests for our family event. Britney it was a pleasure working with such a dedicated professional. Wonderful job to all the staff at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Leominster

Would have been nice to have gotten what we paid for…
Pros:

We made arrangements prior to check in for a late checkout due to our schedule. When we arrived we were charged for a late checkout— which fine, but also as Hilton Honors members have never been charged for late check out before. The Hilton app very clearly stated our checkout was at 2pm. The front desk started harassing us at 1:20pm about vacating the room. Were even further delayed by no hair dryer in the room (which is listed as an amenity & expected in a hotel room). Staff stood outside our door and conversed loudly for 20+ minutes as we rushed to get out of the room— which we PAID for until 2pm!!!! Never made mention of the gangs of boys (10+ kids at a time) in soccer uniforms running at full speed & screaming through the halls unsupervised for at least an hour+. Would probably have been a better use of staffs’ time to take care of that situation. Do not recommend. Glad to know Hilton Honors program is nothing but lip service.
