Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, quiet but excellent location for public transport across city. Cool neighbourhood nearby with many good bars and cafes.

Cons:

酒店提供了可以在房间里面做饭的厨房，我在房中做饭，也打开了油烟机，但是烟雾报警器响了，慕尼黑的消防员来了之后，开门看见我们一家人在房间做饭，没有说什么就走了。结果2天后我在CheckOut的时候，酒店前台人员告知我必须支付消防局2000欧元，且不能马上提供给我收据。
酒店提供了可以做饭的设施，且我全程没有离开厨房和房间，因此我认为这不应该是我的责任，而应有由酒店解决。但是酒店却没有任何作为，却让我担责。因此我给出差评。

Great and comfortable stay indeed
Pros:

Receptionist especially Mohammed was very friendly and helpful. Sofa beds were set for my kids before arrival upon my request, plus the rooms were close to each other.
Location is really great, close to a big mall and many restaurant/ cafes around, within walk distance.

I will consider staying here again if I come back to Munich..

Top-Lage, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

Zimmer/Appartement hervorragend ausgestattet.
Lage hervorragend - alles fußläufig gut erreichbar und Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Restaurants und Einkaufläden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Einzig der Ausfall der Klimaanlage in der ersten Nacht war aufgrund der Wärme sehr herausfordernd.
