Pros:

Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die Alpen vom Balkon war extrem geräumig und super ausgestattet. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht in München und konnten gar nicht alle Vorzüge des Appartements genießen. Die direkte Lage an der (U-)Theresienwiese ist auch in der Nebensaison ein Pluspunkt. Der Vorab-Kontakt zum Hotel war sehr freundlich. Wir sagen vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the corridor.
The breakfast was till 11.00am and we went at 10.15am and found all the food finished, I asked the waiter to bring some bread and after the chef came and gugugugu with the German language.
They charged me a deposit from my son's card and they told me that I received it in one week.
My son doesn't receive anything.
We don't recommend this hotel anymore.

Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war perfek, die Sicht auf die Berge in der Ferne der Wahnsinn. Die Lage, kann nicht besser sein! Sehr zentral und wenn man essen möchte, muss man nicht weit gehen!
Auch wenn man was vergessen hat, sind alle sehr bemüht es wieder zu bekommen :-)

Cons:

Die Fenster waren nicht sauber und bei dem Panoramaausblick einfach nur schade.

Übler Geruch, schlechte Technik und Mittel mittelmäßiges Essen.

Ein übler Geruch in allen Räumen. Mottenkugeln/ Desinfektionsmittel?
Elektrische Anlage im Zimmer. Nachttischlampen gehen nur aus wenn der der Hauptschalter am Eingang geschlossen wird. Vom Bett aus läßt sich dann kein Licht anmachen. Zudem sind dann alle Steckdosen tot. Handy aufladen über Nacht nicht möglich.

Wir kommen gern wieder
Pros:

Die Lage zur Theresienwiese bzw. auch zum Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz oder Stachus war optimal. Das Hotel ist in einem Einkaufszentrum integriert -- also Möglichkeiten, Vergessenes noch einzukaufen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich ist wohl sehr nett gestaltet, allerdings war zu wenig Personal vorhanden, dass die Tische leergeräumt wurden bzw. die Sauberkeit in diesem Bereich nicht so prickelnd war.
Die Einfahrt zur Garage ist sehr eng und für den Parkplatz des Hotels nicht klar ersichtlich.
