Terrible. Booking.com offered a hotel that has been closed for months and has not refunded me yet.

Everything, the building had been closed for months and the hotel was nonexistent… we had to book another place… we reached out to booking.com for a refund and am still waiting for a response for the refund. We were told we would hear back within three hours and it’s already been 24 hours and still no communication from booking.com

The property has been shut down!! We did not even get to stay here. I will be disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. I had book a whole new hotel the night of my stay. I was not happy to drive lol the way to PA to find out that this location has been shut down. It needs to be taken off of your website immediately!!!!

This hotel should not be allowed to book guests. We walked in the lobby & there was no heat. The atrium where the pool is was not heated. Pool empty with sign saying "under construction". Room dumpy, but habitable. They turned the water off while we were in our room without contacting us. Other then random men sitting in the cold lobby playing video poker, I'm pretty sure we were the only people in the hotel. Parking lot was dark & empty. Hotel listing has beautiful pic of pool area, but nowhere indicates it's a closed construction area.

Large room the furniture was very nice bed uncomfortable

We did not stay we were not allowed because they were shut down

Nothing when we arrived there were orange signs on the door that said do not enter unsafe structure. We were left in by the people working there and found the ceiling leaking in the lobby. Also, all in the pool area. It was raining inside their boiler system had broken and the place was Completely empty yet they told us we could stay there if we wanted to.

Everything!! No hot water no heat, toilet didn’t flush, water wouldn’t go down in the tub, had to kick the the door open once u opened it with the card!! Everything that was listed on the site was either “renovations, bar on the patio which the pool & bar was indoors not open , & the dining area. The other bar was open 2 hours, went there to get a drink I gave him $20 he gave me $5 back & said he had no change & would give me a discount the rest of the night!! We left in the morning no refund!! 😡😡😡😡
