Not the best stay. Holiday Inn experience was better at the beginning of our holiday.
Pros:

Room was sufficient for our needs.

Cons:

Carpets did not appear clean. Maybe it was just the colour choice. Cleaning staff were very noisy. Conversations in the hallway could be heard at 8am which was early after arriving at the hotel at 1 am due to a late flight. Confusion over if breakfast was included due to poor explanation in Booking.com app.

One night before on ward fligh
Pros:

Good location for airport shuttle worked well staff all friendly and helpful comfortable bed only negative the room was nearby the elevator shaft and the noise from the operation of the system disturbed the sleep everything else was good

The stay was exceptional as always.
Pros:

The welcome I received when I arrived very late was fantastic, my room was ready and perfect.
The breakfast was great as always and the service at every point was exceptional.
