Sve je bilo odlično, osoblje prijateljski orijentirano, spremno uvijek pomoći. Maksimalno uredno i čisto. Doručak vrhunski bogat i ukusan.

Cons:

Cijena. Naime, rečeno mi je da će mi biti naplaćeno 452 eura, dok je meni naplaćeno punih 530,80 eura, što je 78,80 eura više!!!!!!

Size of room, shower, quiet, comfortable bed, shuttle

Cons:

Maintenance of facilities, ambivalence of staff. Most PowerPoint's didn't work, toilet roll holder broken, handle hanging off drawer, washing machine and dryer failed, detergent dispenser took coins but was empty. Detergent bought from in-house shop at two and a half times the price, the coffee machine was useless. When set to one cup it still dispensed from 2 outlets and made a mess. I could go on. If there is an alternative hotel available take the alternative.
