Pros:

Look no further — this is the hotel you need.

This is a truly excellent hotel with a well-equipped room, fast internet, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom also met all our expectations. The room was perfectly sufficient for two people and our luggage. There was also a very comfortable chair with a footrest, which was a really nice extra feature.

The location of the hotel is fantastic: the station is nearby, the beautiful Bikan Historical Quarter is even closer, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach.

But most importantly, I would like to highlight the staff. They were extremely professional, exceptionally kind, and incredibly helpful. They handled the forwarding of our luggage completely for us and patiently answered all of our silly questions. They supported us in every possible way.

When we left, we accidentally forgot our umbrella at the reception. It may not have had great financial value, but it had great sentimental value for us. The lady who helped us with sending our luggage noticed it and ran after us to return it. We are indescribably grateful to her, and we always will be.

She has our deepest respect, and so does the entire hotel staff. This was an outstanding experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

レストランの食事が美味しかった。店員さんもにこやかに話しかけてくれて良かったです。

Breve estancia( una noche) en un sobrio hotel japones.
Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena porque puedes ir caminando desde ahi al distrito historico de Bikan que queda muy cerca, maximo 5 minutos a pie. Tambien la pieza era muy silenciosa por lo que pudimos dormir tranquilos. Los baños publicos no los usamos ni los vimos pero me imagino que para alguien que quiere usarlos es una buena adicion del hotel. La habitacion tenia un tamaño bastante bueno.

Cons:

El desayuno no lo tomamos porque tenia puras cosas japonesas y nada occidental. Es un hotel que te provee de lo basico sin ningun lujo adicional. La decoracion no me gusto. El personal hablabla muy poco ingles.

Pros:

特に不満なところはなく値段相応の駅前のビジネスホテルといった感じ。（今回は利用していないが）大浴場があるのが他との差別ポイントか。1泊出張で利用する分には必要十分。

特にないが、雨が降っていると駅からだと少し気になる距離感かもしれない。

バリアフリーの部屋は広々
Pros:

広々として静かでした。清潔感もありました。

Cons:

バスルームに何もなく、タオルを掛ける所や脱いだ物を乗せるものが何も無く、床に置くしかなかった点が不便でした。
