It was okay.
Pros:

The evening front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The location was good for the event we were attending. The restaurant looked nice, but we didn't get a chance to try it out.

Cons:

The tv channels were all out of wack; the NBC station was EI in the morning and then later in the day it was the MLB network. Other stations were also wrong. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it, just a top sheet, which was constantly sliding around. The weight room had a leaking ceiling; when I informed the front desk they didn't seem concerned and no one came to check it out while I was on the treadmill.

I like there was a bar / restaurant inside the facility and it was very comfortable.

Cons:

The cheapest meal on the dinner menu at the bar / restaurant was $25.00 for a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was very good, but not inexpensive.

Probably will not stay there again.
Cons:

The breakfast coffee was cold. Hard to get service. Expense for the small amount of food serviced. Nothing was done with the room. Bed was not touched. No clean towels were left in the room.

New Years Eve
Pros:

Came to Lubbock for friend’s son’s wedding New Year’s Eve. Bar was closed. The amazing night desk guy Brandon was absolutely amazing. Let us have our own little party in the lobby with mimosas and snacks and took our pictures. Also put the TV on so we could do the countdown and he did it with us.
