It was fine
Pros:

Woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and the location was great.

Cons:

It wasn’t the cleanest of hotels. Chairs were sticky from poor maintenance, bathroom was less than clean, hallways looked pretty dirty.

C'est la déception.
Pros:

Ce n'était pas une belle expérience à cet hotel. C'est pas trop propre, les tapis sont sales... De plus, on nous a chargé deux frais supplémentaires 2 jours après le check-out sans nous avoir avisé auparavant. Le pire, ils nous ont même chargés pour deux bouteilles d'eau de "courtoisie" qu'on trouvait dans la chambre sans même en avoir demandé. Le service n'était pas à la hauteur pourtant j'ai déjà été séjourné dans un autre RAMADA à Ottawa il y a un an, et ça dépassait toutes les attentes tant le service était impeccable.

Je dois appeler Booking concernant le prélèvement de ces frais supplémentaires car aucun hotel doit continuer à facturer un client après sa sortie de l'établissement et sans même l'avoir avisé des détails de ces frais additionnels.

Je ne recommande pas ce lieu car vous allez être surpris après votre passage là-bas.

Very nice hotel, well situated and a hotel that I would use again.
Pros:

Nice hotel, just outside the main tourist bit of the town, but an easy 15 minute walk to all the key attractions. Nice room, with very good bathroom and a good comfy bed.

Cons:

I begrudge having my credit card charged with CAD11.72 as a facility fee because I didn't book directly with the hotel. To accept a booking via booking.com and then charge an additional fee is very bad, especially when it was never mentioned and I only discovered this fee when I returned to the UK and checked my card. I was also very disappointed to see that the hotel provided 2 bottles of water in the room, but wanted to charge CAD3.50 for each. Finally, the hotel uses an outside company for breakfast and I felt that the breakfast charges were excessive in comparison to other establishments in the vicinity.

Bien situé et bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Près de l'action, tout se fait à pied vers les chutes et Clifton Hill. Arrêt d'autobus juste en face de l'hôtel. Piscine intérieure très agréable et bien rénovée. Lits confortables, personnel sympathique. Changement de serviettes à chaque jour malgré la note qui disait que c'était fait aux 3 jours. J'avais communiqué avec l'hôtel pour savoir s'il y avait un micro-ondes et un frigidaire dans la chambre, ils ont dit que non mais nous en avions un, coup de chance? Petit shampoing et savon dove pour la douche. Cafetière dans la chambre avec sachets de café (style poche de thé), café décaféiné et thé.

Cons:

Manque souvent des serviettes à la piscine, à prévoir. Entretien de la salle de bain laissait à désirer. Chambre assez petite, mais ok juste pour dormir. Stationnement payant a 25$/jour. On ne peut pas brancher un firestick ou IP TV sur la télé, elle est en mode restreint.

They are biggest thieves and scammers. They put water bottles on the table where they put usually coffee maker, and never said anything. No shampoo was there instead two conditioners and one lotion was there which we didn’t use
When we checked out from my account they deducted $7.00 when i called, they told its for water bottles. I asked them to refund as nothing was mentioned. They said manager will call u back tomorrow and noone called me and no refund was made. Blacklisted hotel

Pros:

Parking, and also the room size it's good

There's no refrigerator in the room , I have food and beverages and water i don't know where to put it .

Good budget hotel dont expect much. Rooms were clean and staff ks decent though
