I had the worse hotel stay in my life.

The TV was not working , shocking to still have the kind of TVs in the 80s. I didn’t have hot water in the morning just when I was to take a shower. breakfast was included in my booking just to be told by staff in the morning breakfast is available on site but not included. In my booking. What a horrible experience with my 3 kids. False publicity. Staff was so rude and wished me a good day when I still needed some explaining.

Nao tem frigobar, nao tem microondas em lugar nenhum no hotel. Nao tem cafe da manha e o voucher do IHOP é de somente CAD 7.50 por pessoa e é obrigatorio de pedir um combo de mais de CAD 30.00, parece mais uma propaganda enganosa.

Pros:

Nothing staff wasn't friendly they took money out of my credit said o smokes when I didn't and charged me 226.00 for it all because there was crumbs on the floor that looked like ashes and also an empty pack. In the garbage can

The room wasn't the greatest bed had springs popping out of it mold in the window TV was a 24 inch all.snowing couldn't hardly see a picture on the screen charging 3.50 for bottle of water in room god knows how long they were in their for they say there was an arcade that met one game no hot tub just a pool carpets were very old drywall all over the floor in hallway. Stay far away from this hotel if I was you

It was better than expected

Appears like a newly renovated heated indoor pool. Good selection of TV channels.

Cons:

Could not see much through the window …probably steam between the window panes.

Request for room preference made in advance not met. Pool closed for ‘maintenance’ during prime time. Ice machines not working. No return call from lost and found - (just a courtesy return call would have been appreciated)
We are frequent patrons, and this was the worst.
