Worest Experience with Booking.com I didn't go on that date and tried to reschexule but NO help from Booking.com and

I couldn't go and try to change daye but no help from bookin.com or from Ramada and I lot my money worest customer service No one pick the phone and I called Booking.com they ask me to call Ramada and No response

We enjoyed our stay but we likely will choose a place that includes breakfast next time as it saves money.
Pros:

The hotel is located at a wego stop. Staff are very friendly. Place was clean and beds were comfortable! The rooms have lots of cupboard space! Nice looking.

Cons:

Doesn’t include breakfast just $15 off ihop and breakfast is like $20-25/person we went to McDonald’s.
Pool is under renovation not sure when it’ll be running again so if that’s something you want keep that in mind. We were just staying the night we got in so wasn’t a deal breaker for us.
The view was boring.

We could walk to a lot of downtown places.

Cons:

We had to pay to park, at the hotel. There was no pool we had no fridge the bed sheets made you itch. A lot of traffics noise from the nightlife if you go to sleep early.

Pros:

It was raining outside and inside our hotel room. Mold (or mold like substance) on the walls, large ceiling stain with plaster falling down. Our luggage got wet from water dripping from ceiling. No hot water. We were told to run the bathtub and sink for 5 to 10 minutes and if no hot water to call back to front desk.
