Cons:

At the time of my arrival the staff who attended me was very unprofessional because I made a complaint about a price that was not stipulated on the page and the worst thing I was treated badly by the manager who gave me her name but I do not know if she lied is LINEIL C. Little professional and told me that her hotel I was not welcome was very racist on her part.

Give a miss till been refurbed
Pros:

Check in quick and profession
Location on edge of town but all in less than 15 minutes
Room clean
Hotel itself with is very tired and old definitely needs a full refurb
Toilet cistern handle lose but the biggest issue was it took 20 minutes , yes 20 minutes to get hot
Did report to reception day one but still same second night
Value was ok

Overall it’s a good value compared to other hotels for a very quick stay
Pros:

Staff were lovely and beds were very nice

Cons:

We stayed in 620. There was a very bad smell like old wet towels that were left out. It was for sure not the towels because everything was spotless! I think it came from the pipes / out of the tub drain.
The carpet right outside our room was terrible. In serious need of repair

Horrible Stay
Pros:

I was charged more than told!
Wifi was VERY bad in the room, and there was peanuts in the AC!
Would certainly not recommend.
