They are advertising that they have pool, fitness room, arcade, but we got surprised that they're closed.

Worst beds ever slept on in a hotel.

First hotel in which there is no fridge in the room.

Swimming pool was closed for renovations. I don't recall reading anything about this on the site.

I didn’t like how they charge me for parking at their hotel. Also heating was not working. Bathroom was compact and chilled. The door lock wasn’t good. Lights in the room were too low. When i reached there i had to wait for 20 minutes to get a room because there was a man with some complaints who occupied the receptionist. But the receptionist could have told him to wait for 2 minutes and give me the room first.

The room doesn’t have mini-bar

First off I called the reservation line to find out the price of parking, they told me it would be $20/night and when I arrived at the hotel I was told $25/night. Not sure why it would be different. I tried to explain this to the girl on the front desk but she just kept saying that is what it is and it would have been in my confirmation. If there was a parking fee it should be listed when booking. Hidden fees after the fact is not cool to find out when you show up. Then I was told to park around the back as there was an entrance their and it was be close to the elevators which it was. Upon my return from the Casino at 2:30am we park in the back and the back door is locked with a sign saying to use the front door. Well the lighting in the back is very poor and it was freezing cold outside that night and we were forced to walk around the building to the front. When we arrived inside their was no one working the front desk. I yelled excessivley loud so somone could hear me and their was no response. I even texted the number that texted me when I arrived and also called down to front desk and still no response from anyone. I even called the hotel number from my personal phone and again no answer. It was as if nobody was working at the hotel at all. A little disturbing to be honest. The smell in the halls were disgusting as it smelt like paint and paint thinner. I understand the hotel was under renovations but that was another thing that was not mentioned when I booked or at the front desk when I checked in. I understand they are doing renovations but at least you can spray some air freshers in the hallway to make it smell better. It was just a disappointing stay a the least. The Ihop restaurant that is there is ridiculously way over priced for there breakfast and not even worth going into. I definitely wouldn't reccommend this hotel to anyone and I deinitely wouldn't stay at this hotel ever again.

Odor on hotel floors and elevator

The carpets were all a trip hazard and ruined. The hotel room had broken bathroom door, the walls and ceiling falling apart in spots. The pool has so much filth around it people are engraving their names on it, the paint all peeling off the inside of the pool, ceiling falling apart all around dirty feel. The arcade token machines didn't work for my kids.

The entire hotel is run down and needs major upgrades and fixing done to it. The price I paid for me and my kids to be there was the same that I could have spent on a well maintained place that I looked in after our stay, and have previously stayed.
