I 100% would never book this hotel again.
Pros:

The lobby was the only clean area

Cons:

The sheets were ripped up
The WiFi didn’t work
You pay $25 a night for parking
You pay extra PER DAY to use the facilities such as pool and gym (even if you don’t use them)
You pay $11 a night to have a mini fridge in your room
The room keys randomly stopped working twice and we had to go to the front desk for replacements
The open hours posted for ihop were not correct
They could not provide change from American cash or Canadian cash to use their arcade
Our shampoo bottles were empty before we even used them

The pool water was warm and clean.

Cons:

The floor in the pool area was slippery. The bathroom also needs updating. I can hear voices in the hallway as well when we were sleeping at night.
