I would not stay here again.

The included breakfast was convenient. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Where do I start? Our room was musty, and the bathroom tiles had mold. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Beds were okay. The carpet was old and dirty. AC was extremely loud - like a jet engine. The parking lot is in bad repair, with a derelict building right across from the room. Many truckers and camper vans are sleeping in the parking lot. It's a shady area not near the highway. WE have three young children so we did not like this at all. Also our bedroom door was difficult to lock!! You had to lift up on the door to get the lock to engage. No thanks.

A Blend of All that’s Good
Pros:

Very gracious welcoming at the front desk, reservations exactly as expected. You have to try the breakfast - the omelettes are unique and very very tasty. Great location, easy access into the city via Regent and Paris. The FourCorners bar (open 6-10) has lovely staff, great way to wind down with a cocktail and the food is good too. All in all, the only place we book when coming to Sudbury.

Elevator was bit small. My view was of the air handlers and the roof.
