Kicked us out after 3 days due to renovations/repairs – this was highly inconvenient for us as guests. We were not offered any discount for the inconvenience. Wi-Fi was terrible - took several tries to log on and even then was unreliable. Breakfast subpar. Room somewhat clean, although carpet needed vacuuming. A/C was not turned on when we checked into room. So as not to be warm, had to run A/C high the whole time we were in the room. Refrigerator didn’t work - had to be replaced. We needed the refrigerator for medication that needed to be kept cold. Only one hand towel for two people. Finally obtained more than one hand towel. Room never serviced. Had to ask for clothes hangers, none were in the room when we checked in (Staff did bring some up eventually.). Bathroom faucet too short. For the most part, staff was responsive when we brought up issues (i.e., refrigerator, hand towels, no clothes hangers)

We were turned away after booking and paying! We weren’t notified until we drove 5 hours and actually arrived at the hotel. The front deck clerk was very rude when telling me I would have to call booking.com for a refund and there was nothing she could do. They could have gave us a heads up that the hotel was pretty much shut down before we arrived. It was horrible. We weren’t notified until we arrived and were exhausted. It was a mess traveling with a small child and 2 fur babies only to be turned away like we didn’t matter. I will never book here again!
I didn't like anything, the parking lot was disgusting. The receptionist lied to me.
The whole experience.
The breakfast area and sign in area etc was 83 degrees with fans everywhere. The pool was closed indefinitely. The woman at the check in desk acted as if she didn't care about anything. Had no idea when pool or ac would be fixed/ open. I canceled my reservation. She gave me a paper with the cancellation number and said I would have to contact y'all to get a refund. Still have gotten my refund. I rate booking.com at a zero. Chatted online ( can't find an actual phone number for booking.com) snd he told me that wasnt the way it was done. Says he would need to call hotel and verify my complaint ( thanks for. Calling me a liar) no one answered at hotel so he just said I'll sr d you an email . I submitted my cancellation form. I want my refund!!!!!!!!

Rooms were cozy and clean. Breakfast was served hot and good.
Absolute trash hotel. Filthy room. Remotes with batteries taped in. Non functioning hot tub. Employees standing out in the parking lot smoking weed with doors open. Only positive was a mediocre breakfast

Had a great experience at the Wyndham Garden in Texarkana. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good.

We have been to different Wyndham hotels and this one is no exception recommended it for everyone to try it at least ones you'll like it just like us
The price was ok .
It could have been cleaner. I found a lot of hair on one towel, and the sheets had spots, so I slept on top of the comforter. The morning guy at the desk was somewhat rude, and you could tell he didn't like his job.
The hotel is taking too long to be renovated. I thought I’d already submitted a survey response. Handicap parking is not regular parking with signs put on a pole. Accessibility means there has to be clear space on either side of the parking spot to get in and out of a vehicle properly.
