Very friendly and helpful staff. Located close to the city and airport. WiFi a little slow at times but generally okay.

The bed was nice and comfortable.
The tv was only for apps nothing else which was highly disappointing. Too many ants, flys and cockroaches. No food on property. Had to pay for more pillows. Water cooler gave you warm water

De locatie is goed, personeel super vriendelijk, helaas is er niets zoals bv een koffie machine of een gevulde koelkast met wat frisdrank. Puur een plaats om te slapen in een netter kamer.
Best wel rustig en goede wifi is dan wel weer aanwezig.
Prettig verblijf, maar alleen voor slapen

Good room rate

as someone else mentioned, they have 2 locations: this is a bit off the main road; no restaurant at location but have to place an order for it to be delivered from their hotel at 100php service fee - menu is varied and at a reasonable price - dessert availability is very limited although shown as plenty. I moved to the Hotel after the first night - didn't want to feel isolated. The pic of the INN as shown is an illustration and not actual. Staff was excellent at both locations; special mention goes to Jaime at the restaurant and Louise(?) at reception. Thank you to both

staff is exceptionally welcoming. restaurant closes at 11p, great location. quiet and clean. comfy bed and pillows.

CONS: wifi network doesn't appear. room had a peculiar smell.

waze was unable to locate the Inn, vs hotel, which is on main road - staff navigated me to inn.

Pros:
*new hotel. room was in good condition
*Bed, sheets and pillows were heavenly
*Well-lit alley and entrance
*Clean and new towels

Cons:
*Far from establishments, including a convenience store and resto
*Rate does not even include complimentary water (bottled or in pitcher)
*No covered walk from the reception to the main bldg. tho it is just a stone's throw away, you will get rained on
*Tiny toilet/bath area
*No closet. Not a place to hang clothes.
*You would have to pass by dim-lit streets before reaching this hotel
*No lift/elevator.
*No complimentary breakfast unlike their Capoocan Branch

I booked here by mistake. I was not aware there were 2 Baypark Hotels in calbayog city. I thought i was booking at the Capoocan Branch. I am not sure i am still going to book here again.

A really clean room with good quality sheets and towels and a good mattress. Aircon was quiet and overall comfort was very good. Staff were great to talk to and were helpful.
2 negatives unfortunately. No cabinet or hanging space for clothing and no cafe or restaurant. We had to take a short ride to another hotel with a similar name for all our dining needs.

The location of the property is ideal and quiet while accessible . The staff are courteous.. client orientated and display a rare consistency In their readiness to assist .

Rooms cleanliness

Mapは、bay parkになっている、ハイウェから500m位中に入るのがBayl park in 。
レストランは、ありません。朝食は、食べていないけどどこで食べるのかな？

Bay park Inn has two locations, when you book on the internet you are sent to their secondary location which is in a neighbourhood that is not very desirable. If you are not familiar with the Philippines this surprise would be somewhat scary.
