All staff I interacted with were wonderful.

Room was clean and well maintained.
Bed was extremely comfortable and linens and pillows were good quality.
The Taphouse attached to the hotel was great. Good food, great service.
Easy walk over the bridge to downtown Davenport, and right there in downtown Rock Island

Matt the front desk attendant was extremely nice and very helpful

Cons:

There was no hot water so I had to sink bathe for 2 days and whatever they wash the bedding in made me break out in a rash

No USB ports, no fan in the bathroom, Keurig coffee maker wasn't plugged in and was in an inconvenient location, fan on AC wouldn't stay on/intermittent.

Continues to be my favorite hotel option in the Quad Cities.
Pros:

The staff was excellent, especially Dora at the front desk and the two women who took care of visitors in the restaurant for breakfast!

Worst stay ever will not stay here next year for the Bix!
Pros:

The location for the Bix but felt a decline from last year. The nighttime manager was prompt with our complaints of noise from other hotel guest.

Cons:

The rudeness of staff at check in, the feeling outside the hotel of loitering of people not necessarily staying at the hotel. At check out was not asked about our stay.
