Pros:

Staff were great. Dining room food was very good , location was good. Room was spotless and looked like it had been recently refurbished.

Cons:

Our tv didn't work. We haven't actually checked out yet so I didn't report it yet. Not a huge deal but annoying.

It was the most uncomfortable shower I have had at a hotel. The bathroom was beautiful but you couldn't point the shower head down at all, so you had to stand in a very cold water stream until you could adjust the water.
Also adjusting the water pressure on the shower did not help, seemed like an old style shower head. It actually hurt having a shower . It actually stung my front and my back, I had to cower in a corner to apply soap and then rinse very quickly to get out. Very weird, a new shower head would help immensely.

Cons:

Very , very noisy room. All the night was noisy from some kind of vibration and we couldn't sleep more than half night.
We were guests here many times this year and it wasn't correct to give us this room.

I booked a room full price for a jacuzzi tub and apparently you guys don't have that now, so I was inconvenienced for improper advertisement
I do deserve some money back

Cons:

Die Zimmer wurden erst nach Aufforderung am Abend des dritten Tages gereinigt, das Frühstück war sehr schlecht (kaum Auswahl, vieles schmeckte alt)
