Pros:

We didn’t get to stay in our room as the front desk gentleman was kind enough to let us know before checking in that the pool was down for renovations so we booked at a new location.

Cons:

We were disappointed we didn’t get to return to this location but look forward to a future stay.

Pros:

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. the renovations are very nice and its always clean.

Cons:

my fan on my heater wouldnt turn off. It ran constantly.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Beautiful king room. Modern and clean.
Large TV and comfortable bed. Restaurant bar downstairs.

Cons:

Worst pillows ever. Do yourself a favour and bring your own? So many review complaints about their pillows, but they don’t change them. They do look nice though.
* Bar charged me $18 for a small sangria. Outrageous price*

We go to hotel near us every new year
Pros:

The location close to nice restaurant and the mall

Cons:

The staff was short tempered, didnt come at all or took very long , things closed on holidays, phone was never fixed , biggest room we could get only had double beds should be a queen size option
