Very nice to deal with and they make your stay easy
The indoor pool is nice but we really like the fact we don’t have to go anywhere to eat after a long trip having the restaurant available right in the hotel makes it nice.
What a terrible experience!
The entire system was down when we were checking in, was i frustrated? Yes. Did I sigh after driving 6 hours? Yes. What does the guy at the front desk do/ say..."Hey, it's not our fault". I hadn't even said anything and he took offense to my sigh. Dinner was terrible, I ordered the vegetable platter with grilled chicken, the chicken was extremely dry, I only ate some of it because I was starving, my husband's steak was well done not medium as requested. I ordered a dirty martini, which was disgusting! The olive juice, and olives tasted like they were sitting there for a year.
The room was not the best at all, the shower was like it was a dripping hose, there was a mechanical crane that was running all night, and got zero sleep.
In the morning I went down to get a luggage cart, and who was at the front desk? The very rude Nestor from the day before. I asked if there were any carts, he said no, but as I began to tell him my experience from the night before, he began to laugh, I asked him do you think this is funny? That's when he decided to call me Not a nice person, not something you say to a guest!
I asked him what did you say, and he repeated it, you're not a nice person and you should be nicer. When my husband came down when we were leaving, he went to approach him to tell him what he said wasn't nice, before saying a word, Nestor said... you are not nice people, you need to learn how to be nicer.
Who, at the front desk of a hotel treats guests that way??? No matter how the guests act, he had NO IDEA what we were traveling for, and what we could be going through and that's how he speaks???
My husband being upset raised his voice and Nestor waved his hand and told us to leave, more than once! I wish I knew the girls names that worked that night because they were wonderful! Nestor needs a lesson in customer service BIG time! He was the Worst, front desk representative I've EVER dealt with, and I have traveled with work for over 30 years!
Great location! It was located right near a supermarket and restaurants.
The pool area was unkept. The couches were soaked and dirty and there were bandaids floating in the pool. The pool space has such potential so it was unfortunate to see it like that.
Very nice place, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice pool.
Nothing.
Good location and staff was friendly
Light burned out in room, decor needs refreshed
Clean and friendly
The elevator was hot and slow
Location good location
Heated pool was ice cold. Could not enjoy. Was looking forward to it.
We got stuck in the elevator not once but twice but luckily was able to open the doors and get out. The shower door opens the wrong way it was not easy to get in and out of the shower you would have to squish between the toilet and the door. Last our AC unit went out and called front desk they said no one was there but did offer for us to move rooms but it was late at night so we stayed they said would send someone next day but no one came until we called again. They could not fix the unit so we did have to move rooms. All and all to many things breaking and when we checked out the front desk person said for our all the issues we would get points a partial refund would have said a lot. Oh one other thing we stayed at a Double Tree in NY the days before and water in the room was free but this one charged I think $3 a bottle odd.
It was ok. I’ve stayed at better Hilton hotels
I guess I expected more from the Hilton brand.
Friendliness of staff
The size of the handicap room it was hard to maneuver the wheelchair and hoyer lift to move my husband because it was so small
Very great staff, extremely clean and the best place to stay .
