I like the king size bed
Nothing
Oh great
The bed
Amazing service, definitely coming back!
First off we were not told the parking lot was closed so we had to park in a different area . We were given a handicap room with a crack in the toilet seat that pinched you when you sat down to use the bathroom. The worst part was the hotel smelled like an open sewer when you walked in . Very smelly.. We usually stay a few days once a year but next year will be staying somewhere else.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious although the bathroom is small. There is also a small bar, concession area and restaurant on site. It was a good location for ghe Gresham area we were visitjng.
The bed was comfortable. I would have liked a heavier weight comforter. But still, we slept very well.
Check in clerk had some difficulty getting the hotel system to integrate with Expedia
Not much of anything. The parking lot was directly across from the hotel entrance. In a safe area. The bath products seemed decent.
The check in process was difficult. They couldn't locate the reservation, then tried to have me pay for the already paid for reservation. There was a $50.00 hold required on a credit card that I was not made aware of until we got there.
The lobby stunk like a sewer plant.
The employees at the counter did not know how to do their job.
One of my party was locked out of her room due to door issues, the maintenence staff would not come to fix the door or provider her a way in. She had medically necessary equipment locked in the room. It was 12:30am when she was finally able to get into the room & get her luggage. We had a race in the morning and all of us were exhausted from the situation and lack of concern or urgency for the situation. Not one apology came until the next morning when we were checking out, and then they were unable to comp anything because the manager wasn't there.
My room was nonsmoking yet the floor had a massive cigarette burn on it and smelled like stale smoke.
You can feel the springs in the mattress.
Shower was lukewarm and didn't heat up any further.
The lobby offered coffee in the morning, the creamer was curdled and after only a couple hours of sleep it nearly resulted in our party being sick.
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Returned from dinner and my door malfunctioned and I was locked out. All my belongings were locked in the room I was told maintenance would not be coming until 6am next morning. At 1230 am I get a knock on my door from the front desk gal saying she opened it with some tool. Needless to say it ruined my stay!!!!
Nice size room
Front lobby smelt musty
I like that the rooms are clean and spacious
The room was clean and staff member who helped us at the reception desk was friendly. Parking lot needs upgrade.
Proximity to location.
First room we was put in small of cat urine.
The first woman that is checked in with was kind.
It was loud. I could hear everything in the hall..and guests . Hard to sleep. The front desk person in the morning/day shift would not pick up any calls. I called about 5 times. But she was right there when I left.
I parked in handicap with a sign in my window. Right up front near the entrance. When I went to leave, I saw that my car had been keyed several times. My husband and I tried to call the front desk...no answer. After 3 tries. So we went in, and the woman was standing right there..eating. I asked her if they had cameras. And she seemed to know why. She said they dont work. I tokd her thst my car was keyed. She said, you can call the police..but they won't do anything. Its really disappointing to experience such a lack of care or service.
Only one Lady as the waitstaff with a temporary kitchen and bar. She was working so hard to take care of everyone! She deserves a raise!!
Love having the fridge and a clean place to sleep. We discovered our paid campground at Mt. Hood locks down at dusk and locked us out of the campground and park so we had a late check in here. I could tell this is a wonderful property when I walked in, and this trip we've left some properties that were not acceptable along the way here from MO. We are relieved.
