Always a first choice stay in Chicago. Really convenient for O’Hare. Friendly service and a good restaurant. I always sleep well here. Looking forward to my next stay.

Honestly, I wouldn’t have had a problem with this cheaper option hotel if it weren’t for the beds. The mattresses were broken on both beds in our room. The one my husband and I slept on was completely caved in the center. We were falling onto each other because it was so dipped. The mattress that our boys had to sleep on, the springs were sticking into their backs. No one got any sleep before we had to leave for the airport and we were all in pain by the time we left. I should have asked for a new room but it was so late when we checked in that I felt at the time it wasn’t worth the effort.

The hotel is outdated and in poor condition. The carpet was dirty in the room and hallways and the room was old and musty. Expected better from this brand. Would not recommend it to anyone.

There was no available work space away from the front lobby or room to work. There was a lack of information provided. So getting a bill for almost 200 for using the tv in our down time between Thursdays appointment and mondays appointments was a surprise. First hotel I have stayed at in a long time that charged like that without upfront information. The staff in the restaurant is why we returned. But I won’t make that mistake again.

No shuttle bus from airport to hotel.
Pros:

Waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel for an hour. Had to take an Uber to the hotel $15.00 2 miles away. When I arrived there was a shuttle bus sitting there not running with no driver. We went through 5 cycles of other hotel chains shuttles. Late for my meetings. Not good!

We did not have enough towels, had to ask for more. There was only 1 trash can in our room. My goddaughter and I both got bit by what we think wete bed bugs. The restaurant prices were ridiculous. Coffee maker in the room no cups. This facility needs a major overhaul. I would only stay there again if it was just for a night

I had to go 3 different times to request water cups and another time for facial tissues and another time about making up the room. The reason given for the cups and facial tissues was supplies not received, no reason was given for room not being cleaned.

The room was not so clean, there was hair all over the bedroom toilet and shower. It’s just disgusting.
