Imperial Swan Hotel & Suites

This hotel was declared un-inhabitable after a fire which occurred months ago, and yet Hotels.com still had it listed and I was still able to book a room....in a hotel that was not open to the public! We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!

The hotel is out of business. Closed. No notice or refund.

This hotel had been closed for a month when we arrived. But Expedia had confirmed our reservation the same morning! We had to find a new hotel. We're trying to contac you to sort this out.

Eww. Trash everywhere. Dirty laundry everywhere.

This place was horribly. There was almost an altercation when I was checking in at the lobby. Elevators smell like pee. The hallways were horrible. The room that was supposedly mines had someone in there. The whole place seemed very unsafe and dirty like you can get a disease or something.

The place was Super Dirty, trash in every hallway and the elevators, hair on the tub, trash inside the Fridge. Even Tho I payed for a king Bed suite They gave me a Doube twin Bed room. I’m in the military and was staying there with my fiancé for one night and it was so Dirty and Uncomfortable that we decided to go to the Airport and just stay there all Night. Worst thing I ever had My Fiancé go through and I promised her I would never Do it again.

The property on the outside was clean the lobby qas nice but when we went up to the elevator the 2nd floor was horrible. There was trash everywhere all up and down the hallways, trash bags piled up stacked 3 to 4 bags high. Yhere was a taped blue checkmark on the outside of out door. When we walked in we had 2 double beds neither one had a bedframe. No microwave. We tried to plug the phone charger in and there was food wrappers and candy from the last person who stayed there beside the end table. The remote control batteries were held un by scotch tape. We paid $150 to stay and were extremely disappointed then found out it was non refundable.

Hotel is filthy , all bathrooms are locked , others the bathroom doors have metal brackets and screws to the wall so no useable restrooms except in ur room , rooms are old and outdated , will never go there again

Absolute worst service I've ever received checking in!!! They could not keep track of who was in what room and there was a hour long wait!! Never stay here!!!

There was no stay. They did not have a room for us. We need to be refunded.

Not as advertised. Rooms have a smell and very noisy.

No clean bad odoor

That was the worst experience for us staying in that hotel. Entrance hall and elevator floor was dirty (black spots all over). Bathroom made a terrible impression: Dirty stain in a toilet, black spots all over the bathtub, mirror and sink all covered with dried splashes. In the coffeemaker there was an old coffee bag left with 1/8 inch of mold. How many days it was not cleaned? But they charged us a cleaning fee $8.99. Tried to talk to the clerk at the desk - he did not speak or understand English. All he could say: Yes, yes - with a big smile. I wonder how this hotel was able to pass Health Department inspection. And it is, definitely, not worth it to pay $140 for that experience. I wish to be able to attach my pictures to this note.

The room smelled like smoke and old garbage. The bathroom was very dirt and the room was supposedly a King size bed and it was two twins just horrible.
And with a no refund policy there was nothing i could do. Would never stay again.

Very dirty. No staff at all to check anybody in. People who booked had been waiting 2 and 3 hours for someone to check them in. No one ever came.
SCAMMING people out of money. Overflowing garbage on the floors. Restaurant attached claim they don't know anything about the hotel or staff. They have nothing to do with it.
Some lady later said she didn't understand english.and couldn't help. She sure understood when I said I'm calling the police. She comes out immediately with a translating device. Which was stupid. They do have some association with the hotel. Don't be fooled by them. BELIEVE all the BAD reviews. They are true. I witnessed it with my own eyes!
SCAMMING people out of money! I did call the police. Fire exit blocked. Men and women's bathroom door locked. Garbage overflowing from the garbage cans on the floors. I went looking for some form of life.
Sheets in the middle of the hallway. Filthy all over. Very, very rundown! Do not book!

nothing, I hated it. Expedia surprised me promoting this nasty place. the front desk staff is awful

No one in the front to check in. Waited over 40 minutes. Could not get a key card with no time to get in. Upon entering hallway, you were greeted with a suffocating smell of cat urine. Trash cans overflowing with trash and trash and dirty diaper on floor around. Bathtub unsafe to shower in.

Horrible sheets were dirty bathroom was disgusting
