An amazing trip to a paradise-like island.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the villa was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. I also appreciated the daily recommendations for sights worth visiting.
I look forward to returning soon for another wonderful vacation.

Uma ótima experiência! O apartamento é lindo, super limpo, confortável e com uma temperatura muito agradável. Tem televisão smartv na sala e nos dois quartos, que nos permite ligar a nossa Netflix em 1 minuto e desfrutar como se estivéssemos em casa. O staff foi sempre muito solícito, atencioso e rápido. Entregam um pequeno almoço delicioso à porta, e ajustam a comida as nossas preferências dentro da sua lista pré definida. A localização é ótima. Muito perto da praia e das vias de acesso ao resto da ilha. Vamos muito satisfeitos e com vontade de regressar :)

Cons:

Overall, the stay was quite good. The room was clean and generally comfortable, and the basic conditions for accommodation were satisfactory.

However, there were some serious concerns. One staff member behaved in a very negative and intrusive manner, which made us feel uncomfortable. The attitude was overly pushy and inappropriate for guests who come to relax. Additionally, some of our personal belongings went missing during the stay, which is very worrying.

A separate note to the management and staff: people come to your hotel to отдых and feel at ease. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, the constant pressure and intrusive behavior significantly affected our experience. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service.

Séjour agréable et confortable.
Pros:

Séjour très agréable notre logement au deuxième étage était très grand et très lumineux. Nous avons apprécié d'être surclassé. La salle de sport est grande et très bien équipée. La plage est à moins de 5 min à pied. Le parking privé et fermé est vraiment appréciable. Les salles de bain et les chambres sont très propres. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et donnent volontiers de bon conseils. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Cons:

Rien de rédhibitoire mais avec le vent il y a un sifflement dans la pièce de vie. La douche de la grande chambre est un peu dégradée (problème de conception initiale).

Polecam kazdemu kto zamiast hotelu woli pieknie urzadzone przestrzenie w świetnej lokalizacji
Pros:

Penthouse BLUE VILLA - podobalo mi sie absolutnie wszystko. Jest to nie tylko jeden z najlepszych obiektow na Sao Miguel ale jeden z najlepszych w ktorych bylem. Podobal mi sie wystrój, wielkosc, 2 łazienki, minibar (nie korzystalismy ale jest!), dostep do basenu (24 stopnie) i jacuzzi z widokiem na miasto i ocean, jadalnia z widokiem na ocean, światlo/doswietlenie mieszkania, lokalizacja (obok świetnej plazy i z 5 km od centrum Ponta Delgada). Generalnie jak wroce tam (a wroce bo bylem juz 6 razy wiec czuje ze bede i 7) to ten obiekt bedzie moim faworytem!

Cons:

Wszystko mi sie podobalo, jesli nawet widzialem jakis drobiazg wymagajacy naprawy/poprawy to absolutnie nie ma on zadnego wplywu na moja doskonalą ocene
