Cons:

I find the policy of charging guests 40 USD to check in an hour early absurd when the property has plenty of rooms available and cleaned. Just a way to squeeze more out of people... I could understand if I had asked for a very early checkin but really an hour or two in circumstances that rooms are readily available?
