Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was the third or fourth time I've stayed there while visiting family

Great location.

Cons:

I did not get maid service, though I stayed two nights. When I mentioned that at check-out, the front desk staff said I should have called housekeeping to let them know. Um...why should I have to call housekeeping? Isn't it their job to make sure their rooms are cleaned?
