Only thing that was good about the whole place was the breakfast that they ended up comping for us because of how horrible the service was the night before
My husband and our 5 year old daughter had to wait in the lobby, soaking wet from the pool because I was out getting food and I forgot to leave my key and the gentleman in the front wouldn’t let them in because my husband‘s last name didn’t match the name on my ID even though this was the gentleman that checked all of us in a couple hours prior to that there was absolutely no need for it. He didn’t even offer to call me. Pool light also fell into pool while swimming and could’ve electrocuted the whole pool and my husband had to alert them and they then shut down the pool for hours while they fixed it.
Breakfast was amazing! Would stay here again.

So I rented the hotel because they specifically have a hot tub and the hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not like last time the chef was not friendly the best part of the breakfast was our mayling or ling she was the best server .
Very nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. The only issue is the walls are very thin. You can hear everything.
Staff was very friendly and efficient, especially at the front desk and at the breakfast at the restaurant. However our room ( "extra large with Balcony") was terrible and not appropriate!
The bathroom and the shower were so minute, that we tried to avoid it altogether. The floor in rhe shower was extremely slippery when wet and just outright dangerous and an accident waiting to happen, This room should not be rented or should be reconstructed to allow for bigger bathroom!

It was perfect to stay for a concert at Gillette stadium! Super easy to get to and from venue. Comfy and clean room!
This is a nice place to stay. Not really walkable, though. And when we first checked in there was a gross smell on the 3rd floor. It stuck around for a bit but eventually went awayz
Stayed there for the Morgan Wallen concert playingat Gillette Stadium. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was awesome! Cooked omelettes right in front of us and everything was delicious!
The front desk receptionist was very polite and helpful. Even the staff that cleaned the rooms were very polite and gave us extra towels right away.i'm
