We were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
Pros:

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The location of the hotel was very convenient. I thought the pricing was very reasonable.

Hat gefallen, durchaus noch einmal vorstellbar!
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, statt Fernsehen konnte man aus dem Zimmer heraus und somit vom Logenplatz aus ganz entspannt den Fährbetrieb verfolgen. Ohnehin war die direkte Lage an der Fähre bei der Ankunft von Vorteil. Und für Whiskyliebhaber sind von hier aus in überschaubaren Fußmärschen gleich drei Destillerien erreichbar. Zum Personal: Andrea hat sich super gekümmert - großes Lob, herzlicher Dank!

Cons:

Frühstückspersonal war überrascht, uns bedienen zu müssen.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, local cuisine, ales and whiskies.

Cons:

Nothing tbh. Typical highland type hotel in a great location. Its not the Ritz, a bit dated but that adds to the quirkyness! Loved it and would stay again without hesitation!

Pros:

Frokosten bra, beliggenheten fin, bygget historisk. Fantastisk atmosfære, selv om fasilitetene var gammeldags. Meget vennlig betjening. Hjalp til med løsninger da ferger ble kansellert grunnet vind.

Cons:

Ingen mobiltelefon-forbindelse, mangler dekning. Derfor også gratis WiFi nesten umulig å bruke.

Tam asgaig portun yanı, güzel sevimli bir görüntüsü var. İyi havalarda otelin önü çok keyifli olabilir. Güzel sevimli bir barı var.

Pros:

All the staff was so kind with us !
The location of this hotel is perfect to enjoy nature and thus staff and travellers provide a very pleasant atmosphere.
In addition, they serve good food, provide fuel and most of what travellers need.
Thanks to the staff !

Disappointing experience, not a good value for our money.
Pros:

Breakfast was O.K. Room was a triple with ample space but with obvious signs of neglect. Common areas were traditional with old furniture, some in need of minor repairs.The hotel was in approximation to the embarkation-disembarkation area of the ferries to the mainland and the Isle of Jura.

Cons:

Hotel definitely understaffed. The receptionist had to act as the barman, show us to our room and cook dinner for us. This was not so bad, since we were the only guests of the hotel but it could not explain the fact that, in one occasion, he was almost rude to us.

Disastrous stay
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Hotel moved attendees belongings out of the room without notice. No response regarding issues and have tried twice to call with no answer.

Person that was attending were unable to get a clean new room after being kicked out of their current room at 11pm. Disaster of a stay and won't be returning.
