Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Nice hotel, good location, service is to improve
Pros:

Rooms are very nice, the hotel itself is beautiful and very modern, breakfast buffet is amazing, location is great too just 30mn walk to the old city, 10min by bus or taxi, everything is clean and pleasant

Cons:

The staff as often in hotels in Jerusalem is not friendly, not a single smile, not a nice word, you seem to bother them everytime you ask something
Also the front desk is not really efficient, i was wrongfully charged 4 extra breakfast, they made me wait 30min (they didn’t believe me) and when they corrected their mistake they didn’t even apologize for the wait and inconvenience. Not worth a 5 stars unfortunately
