Insufficient parking space
Pros:

Excellant 5-star hotel, but yhe parking is insufficient. It would be appropriate to reserve parking for premium guests.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool area was a major disappointment and did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel.

My friend and I planned to spend most of our day by the pool, but the experience was far from enjoyable. The biggest issue was the large number of crows taking over the area. I understand that dealing with crows can be challenging, but this is something that clearly requires a better solution.

There also didn’t seem to be a dedicated staff member regularly maintaining the pool area. Guests would leave food from the pool bar on their loungers, and the crows would pick it up and scatter it all over the pool deck. At one point, I watched a crow drop food directly into the swimming pool, where it simply remained. Later, I even saw a cat, birds, and crows all gathering around leftover food in the area.

In addition, a wet towel was left beside the pool for the entire time I was there—over two and a half hours—without anyone removing it. Small details like these create the impression that the pool area is not being properly monitored or maintained.

It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but such basic operational issues significantly affected our experience. I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve, as the pool should reflect the same high standards as the rest of the hotel.

We had a great time at The Inbal
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel. Rooms are nice, food is great and pool is large and very inviting. We will definitely come back! Also, location is great as you can walk to most places.

Pros:

Huge difference from what they present to reality.
Very disappointing from nearly every experience in the hotel.
No coordination between the price they charge to the service they offer.
Cleaning is not the strong side of the hotel.
Pool is far from being clean inside or outside the pool, furniture are in bad condition.
Pool bar is not close to give proper service or food quality.
A bottle of water 16 NIS
Don’t go near this hotel, price is triple the real value.

מלון נעים, אוכל טוב, חדר נוח ונעים, מותאם מאוד לשומרי שבת גם, מיקום טוב, מפנק. מעט יקר.

ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאוד ונעימה, גם האוכל בשירות החדרים מוצלח מאוד. הבריכה מאוד נחמדה, חניון עירוני חינמי קרוב לשלב שבו החניון של המלון כבר היה מלא. המיטה נוחה מאוד.

Cons:

המרפסת היתה לחצר שבה אנשים אוכלים אז גם הרבה מצלילי הארוחה עלו לחדר כשהדלת של המרפסת פתוחה וגם פחות חווית פרטיות כשיושבים במרפסת.
היה קצת פחות נקי כשהגענו (אפר סיגריות במרפסת ששכחו לנקות), דברים קטנים של שירות פחות מהודק.
