הגענו לחגוג מסיבת רווקות, החדרים שלנו היו בקומה 5. בליל שבת יצאנו לבלות וחזרנו מאוחר וציפינו לישון כמו שצריך אלא שבשעה 8 בבוקר !! ואפילו קצת קודם, התחילו קדיחות וקולות בנייה מזעזעים בווליום לא סביר שהעיר את כולנו והופתענו לגלות שבונים סוכה ממש מתחת לחדר שלנו ! מיותר לציין שלא עודכנו בזה ואם היינו מעודכנות, מה שצריך היה לעשות, לא היינו סוגרות את החופשה ששילמנו עליה המון כסף אצלכם - אנחנו סגרנו ושריינו מלון אחר אך לפני 4 שנים היינו אצלכם וזכרנו את המלון לטובה לכן החלטנו לשנות והתאכזבנו מאוד. פנינו כמובן לקבלה והתשובות היו - ״ אין לנו איך לעזור״ ובהמשך ״נעביר את הפניה שלכם״, מזעזע.

כמובן שיש לנו סרטונים שבהם שומעים היטב את הרעש וזה פשוט בלתי נסבל !

בלי קשר, אתמול כשחזרנו לא היו מיום חמים בשלוש המקלחות! בנוסף, התקשרנו לבקש מגנץ שהגיע אחרי שכבר הלכנו ובבוקר כשניסינו להפעיל אותו גם גילינו שהוא לא עובד.
