Beautiful hotel. Clean, lovely decor, comfortable beds, great outdoor heated pool, nice spa, fantastic breakfasts, well located in a pretty part of the city, near parks, etc.

A gem of a hotel near the Old City of Jerusalem
Pros:

We loved everything about the Inbal. The location was close enough to the action while still just tucked away from the noise and commotion of a busy downtown hub.

We took a room with a balcony and enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the pool and the forests of Jerusalem.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was outstanding. Excellent water pressure and selection of soaps/gels/shampoo.

The breakfast was a highlight and did not disappoint.

We'd absolutely stay at the Inbal again and again.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The food, particularly on Shabbat was fantastic. Great location and comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful with taking care of our needs. The location is very convenient to the city center and the Old City.

Cons:

The food at the breakfast buffet could have used better labeling and some of the food on the buffet got cold.

Always happy to come back, lovely hotel with a few niggles.
Pros:

Love the location, has its own car park, staff are all pleasant and helpful. Hotel overall has a great vibe. Rooms are nice but not exceptional. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Bathrooms are very small and the towels are similarly small. The pot of cotton wool balls and shower hat is unhygienic. Packets already opened. Prefer to use my own. I don’t like showers in baths so one needs to request a separate shower.

לקחנו חדר עם תוספת תשלום ולא ברור מה קבלנו מעבר לסטנדרט(חדר סטנדרטי לחלוטין).
בקשתי שיציינו את יום ההולדת של בן זוגי, שלחו לי בחזרה מספר טלפון של מפיק ארועים לצורך הקישוט של החדר. בכלל לא רלוונטי.
