I have the best ramadan iftar , they have a lot of great choices of food. They have a good services especially to mr ehab for giving me attention and mr ryan the captain waiter they have a good team. Id love to comeback.
We have a very pleasant experience during our visit. Thanks to our Waiters Carla, Mark and Arvie. They were polite and handles our request with ease. Service was prompt. They have a friendly attitude.
Great ambience, awesome food, approachable staff
Serious operational and respect concerns during my stay. Guest parking was blocked without justification, security staff acted confrontationally and refused identification, and Club Lounge procedures were handled in an embarrassing and inconsistent manner. A formal complaint was raised with no response so far.
Very Nice hotel, very clean, nice setup, and more importantly EXCELLENT team working there. Starting with the Front desk team, Ryan, Suliman, and Marwan, very friendly and very polite. Excellent Breakfast Chef, Anwar, makes the best Omelets. The business lounge is very well taken care of, let by its manager Mosiour. The rooms are very clean, and always has everything you want, if it is not there they will bring it to you, Mr. Ghulam the cleaner on the first first floor does a super job. They have a very nice gym. The Bell Boys are super nice, very friendly. Last but not least, their General Manager Bashar is always walking around the facility to ensure that the hotel is well taken care off, and the client's are happy and satisfied. GREAT place to stay for business or pleasure.

Here in business from the UK. The hotel is ideal for my needs and has particularly great customer service by Rabbi & wonderful Apple Cider with cinnamon
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was undercooked and had a very bad smell, making it inedible. When I tried to report the issue, I discovered that the phone was out of order, so I had to go down to the reception in person. I expected to speak with the manager on duty, but he was unavailable and seemed more focused on other matters. Overall, the situation was handled far from professionally and did not meet acceptable hospitality standards
Good choices are all ideal for the occasion and staffs are really friendly. The place is highly recommended. The location is also good and their dining experience is fine. Will come here again for sure
