Feels like 4 star, not 5. Excellent and attentive service. Good breakfast but restaurant fairly basic for a 5 star. Rooms ok with simple amenities. Expect good and friendly service but no luxuries.

I have been staying at this hotel for 6 months and it truly feels like home. The cleaning team keeps the rooms very neat and comfortable and the breakfast area team is always kind and helpful. At the live counter in the breakfast area, Anwar and his team do a great job handling people with care and friendliness. The reception staff also assist very well and make everything easy. Overall the service here is excellent and I feel happy and relaxed during my stay.

The staff at the hotel are so warm and friendly. Jaciel always goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, always happy and smiling, she is such a great host.
Tye pool is refreshing, cleaned daily and plenty of seats and lounges around for people.
Breakfast is always amazing, a great selection of various foods.
