Pros:

Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent.

Convenient and Comfortable.
Pros:

The location is perfect for public transport. It's just across the street from the bus and train stations. Very quiet and an interesting 20 min walk to the Main Square. Staff were very friendly and helpful and kept our luggage until we got the train at 4pm.
Everything worked. It's only a 15 min train trip to Amsterdam Central and could certainly be a good base instead of staying in Amsterdam. Haarlem is very relaxed in comparison and
much better value.

Cons:

The hotel was having some minor renovations on the outside and had scaffolding up, so we didn't recognise it at first and walked right past. It's directly across the street from the 2 statues.

Gutes Frühstück, zentrale Lage, auch zum Bahnhof, Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Enges Bad, nach dem Duschen war das ganze Bad nass, da die Dusche offen war.

Terrible experience, very unprofessional staff, a complete false advertisement. Stay far away.

The location is good, that's about it.

Cons:

An 8 days long actual construction work next door, starting to drill at 8am. WIFI is useless, room service is very late - often 3-4pm

Attentive and polite staff. Great location to discover The Netherlands. Very good breakfast. Replenished little and often with plenty of choice. Comfortable rooms, cleaned daily.

Cons:

No bus service into Amsterdam Central.

Breakfast great. Dining area great. Bright and comfortable with nice relaxing music

Cons:

No mention of renovation works outside when making the booking. Kept curtains closed as workers at the windows. Stains on the carpet. Part of the walls in the room were painted over. Stain on bottom sheet of bed at the end. Would not consider 4 star standard

Fijne kamer. Goed bed. Makkelijk bereikbaar. Vlak bij station en stad. Helemaal geen last van geluid treinen of bussen.

Cons:

Vanwege de verbouwing geen uitzicht. Maar verder geen last van gehad. Werkenden begonnen pas rond 9.30u geluid te maken.

Het was nogal gehorig. Boven ons waren het nogal luidruchtige mensen en dat was wel irritant.
En wij vonden de bedden nogal hard.

Können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Wir waren wirklich zufrieden. Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Lage war optimal für eine Städtetour auch nach Amsterdam und den Haag. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber.

Great stay,location was paramount.
Pros:

Location :- Excellent for our party, for us it was very central and easy to get around. breakfast was good for our party, good selection of breads cheeses meats etc and also hot breakfast foods. Overall very good.

Cons:

Room was a little small, no where for our case to to rest so we could get our clothes out. had to slide under the bed.
