Een mooi en gezellig centraal hotel in Haarlem
Pros:

Prima kamer, fijn twee persoons bed, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, bovendien is beneden een gezellige ruimte waar het ontbijt is maar waar je ook gezellig even wat kan drinken. Belangrijkste was de service, vriendelijk personeel, flexibele incheck en mogelijkheid om je bagage achter te laten zodat je nog even gezellig kan genieten van Haarlem. Tevens is de ligging van het hotel super, 10 minuten lopen naar het hartje van het centrum, aan het plein voor het hotel is een parkeergarage, een treinstation en bushaltes waardoor het hotel erg centraal ligt.

overall the hotel is comfortable and the location is very central.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice as well as the dining area.
The hotel room was large and comfortable.
The staff was pleasant and helpfull.

Cons:

The safe in the room was not working and the bathroom drains had a horrible smell.

Supergoede ligging en fijn hotel.
Pros:

Fantastische ligging. Leuke inrichting. Badkamer net gerenoveerd.

Cons:

Beetje gehorig. Toen we in bed lagen hoorde je de bovenburen goed lopen. Verder geen last gehad.

Pros:

Cozy room, friendly staff, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Our room was very, very small. The pictures show that the room is small, but our room was actually much smaller than the pictures show. Not possible to put a suitcase somewhere, not possible to hang clothes somewhere. The shower was so close to the toilet that the toilet got wet

Wonderful break with a great hotel and fab staff
