La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Molto ben fornita di accessori la suite , con buona pulizia giornaliera

La suite 551 non è ben insonorizzata i rumori arrivano soprattutto di notte. Il prezzo di 25€ a notte per il nostro Golden Retriever è più alto di altri Hotel e Appartamenti a Leiden

Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe vom Zentrum

Cons:

Es war so, dass wir am 05.04.26 unterwegs mit unseren Kinder waren , 3 und 5 Jahre alt, dabei hatten wir einen Suite gebucht, wo ausreichend Platz für uns alle war, das Bett war riesig und es gab auch eine Couch, wir wurden trotzdem gezwungen noch eine Suite zu buchen, damit wir im Hotel schlafen können (leider war es zu spät zum stornieren und woanders nach eine Unterkunft zu suchen).
Also haben wir eine zusätzliche Suite gebucht und bezahlt, die wir gar nicht betreten haben, da wir im einen Suite genügend Platz hatten und gar nicht getrennt übernachten wollten. Man hätte uns auch einen Aufpreis berechnen können, anstatt Preis für 2 Suiten zu verlangen. Die Kinder hätten auch gar nicht mitgemacht , an einem fremden Ort in getrennten Zimmern zu schlafen. Ich verstehe , dass es Regeln gibt, die eingehalten werden müssen, angeblich. Man kann es auch auf mich schieben, bei der Buchung nicht aufgepasst zu haben. Aber so einen “Support” habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt, und wir reisen nicht wenig.
Im Großen und Ganzen - sehr schlechte Erfahrung , was Verständnis und Menschlichkeit betrifft. An der Rezeption. Einmal dort gewesen und nie wieder.

Empfehlenswertes, zentrales Hotel in Leiden
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, gegenüber dem Bahnhof. FreundlichesPersonal. Gute Parkmöglichkeit im dahinter liegenden Parkhaus. Fusslaeufig alles gut zu erreichen.

Een opfrisbeurt van het hotel zou helpen

Verlichting in de kamer was onvoldoende
Verlichting in de badkamer ( ronde spiegel) was niet uit te zetten, waardoor snachs het licht aanbleef. De verklaring die de receptie de volgende dag gaf wasmating. De aanduiding op de spiegel was onleesbaar wanneer de spiegel aan was.
Wifi functioneerde nergens
De verlichting links naast het bed was niet draaibaar

De reactie van de receptie op onze bevindingen wasniet wat je als tachtigjarige zou verwachten.

Prima hotel voor een bezoek aan Leiden

Rustig en een prima kamer!

Cons:

Dineren kan pas vanaf 18:00 uur, bij vertrek was er niemand bij de receptie.

Great location, excellent comfort and really enjoyable atmosphere.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved having fridge in the room. It was really quiet and the bed was large and really comfortable. The decor was modern and location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.
