great location, using the same carpark with shopping mall. the room was big and plenty of facilities. I got the lake view room with a balcony which was very nice for chilling. the staff was nice and polite despite being busy, explained us where to park our car safely.

The gentleman at the reception was very kind
The location is perfect (literally at the entrance of a huge shopping mall, public transport (about 10 minutes away from The Hague station and shopping (if the mall is not enough).
The lack of light inside the room. There are only small lamps.

Bed was a bit old so it felt like sleeping in a hammock… also the curtains are to narrow so light still shines on the room in the morning
Very convenient, my parents live nearby and it’s next to the mall of the Netherlands
The breakfast is way too expensive €25 each so I don’t have it, if you go the jumbo you can get a hot drink, roll with cheese or ham, a croissant, a piece of fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice for €3.99. Also if you stay at the wrong side of the hotel it’s noisy, not their fault as it overlooks the car park.

room was cold when I arrived and no phone to contact reception !! was not informed on arrival that the radiator was shut and need to open !! radiator was behind the sofa totally and could not notice until the next morning !!! attitude of reception manager was not professional !!
