Had to cancel the rest of my reservation as there is no airconditioning at all

I stay here regularly and I am a fan of this hotel.

Cons:

Very disappointed this time, had to cancel the rest of my reservation as there is supposed to be airconditioning but there isnt! In the middle of a heatwave no airco, not in the rooms and not in the reception areas . Don't book there when its hot.

Rude and your privacy is not respected. I also left my dog in the room to go to the grocery store around the corner and when i came back my dog was shaking leaning against the bed and it was clear someone had been in the room snd freighted my dog
