Check out staff needs extra training as she had to ask other person on the desk for help with everything not very professional
Poor trained staff
There was 1 of the staff at reception who was lovely the rest were slow and inconsiderate.
There was mould in the bathroom, mould in the room, the shower only dribbled water, the ironing board was broke, the gym was half used as a store room, the bar was low on stock and the mattress of the bed was as thin as two ply toilet roll

There was a lot we encountered on our stay , one being a food waste bin place directly throught the door where you go to the rooms in the most humid place possible the smell was awful ,the rooms were not the best either I found toe nail clipping around the bedroom hair in the bathroom , holes in the bedding , the rooms were way to warm as if your sat in a sauna the fans the provided don’t do anything ! People banging and screaming at gone 1am ! I’ve had better stays elsewhere for WAY cheaper £135 this stay cost me and it was dreadful, the pictures of the pool is very deceiving , the amount of times I had hair clinging to my body was gross !! Some random cloth we also found on the side of the bed 🤢dust everywhere

My room wasn't cleaned at all! I had to be moved to a 2nd room..
Large room, had booked a single room but was upgraded to a double for free as they had ones available which was a nice bonus. Helpful staff on check it and in restaurant for booking breakfast. Very large & comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Lots of available leisure facilities.
Cleanliness in some areas wasn't great. Carpet in bedroom had bits on it, dusty cobwebs in corners, black mould around bath which showed signs of age. Bedroom window had been left open (understandably due to heatwave) but meant there were little bugs in room that had flown in.
Location, it’s close to the ski slope (which is what we were using)
The room was run down, the toilet didn’t flush. Someone had placed tissue paper in the spy hole and there were marks all down the wall.
There was a smell of cannabis in the corridor and when I arrived there were guests swearing outside.
The leisure facilities were very welcome.
The location was a bit out of town.
This was the worst night's sleep we'd ever had at a hotel. We stayed on a Saturday night in June during hot weather. The rooms have no air conditioning and windows that only open a very tiny amount, so the room was stiflingly hot. A very old, very ineffective, and very noisy standing fan was provided, but that made no difference. To make matters worse, there was a wedding on, and the hotel had put our room on the side of the wedding bar (why, as a hotel, would you do that?), so it was extremely noisy. The noise continued through the night with people drunk in the corridors, slamming doors and thumping music. The hotel clearly does not think about non-wedding guests, so I would be very cautious staying here if you aren't going to a wedding. Otherwise the facilities were quite tired (poor shower for example) and check-in took forever despite having pre-paid and provided all details in advance via booking.com.
