Some the job as a stay over wouldn’t want to spend more than a night
Pros:

Clean and spacious. Parking there was plenty

Cons:

Waited about 15-20mins for the reception to check in. Booked a family room one double bed and one single. The double was two singles stuck together which wasn’t comfy. Breakfast was very bland.

Pros:

Most staff were very nice.room comfortable beds and bedding lovely.

Cons:

We arrived for evening meal 7.30 pm bar staff gave us menue 5 mins later told us no more meals are being served.i asked a member of staff about it and he abruptly said NO MORE MEALS IVE GOT A BIG VENUE TO DEAL WITH .I was horrified.and angry as I was told we could eat in bar until 9pm. I was here with my Downsyndrom son and my husband who had 1week ago been told he had cancer to relax and spend time together instead we spent the weekend looking for places to eat as I refused to eat at this hotel on principle after being spoken to like that.

Bad hotel and price
Pros:

The pool facilities were very good

Cons:

The decor was very outdated
Room was not clean
Room was a suitable size, but had no furniture, meaning half the room was empty.

Booked due to low price of £200 for two nights so would accept lower quality. However parking was £10, and breakfast was £33 each night. Taking the total price close to £300. At this price I would have gone to a better hotel.

At £33 for two for breakfast each day, this is excessive. Especially when the breakfast was extremely poor!

Wouldn’t stay again but if you’re after a cheap stay it’s ok, need some staff training for sure. Hopefully a one off day
Pros:

Reasonably priced, leisure facilities dates but absolutely fine to use a broken step and rot about the place but you can over see that

Cons:

Staff were terrible, rude, unprofessional, gossiping with eachother at the Resteraunt, poor service had to keep going to ask to place orders, a lot of people complaining. Showers leaking picked up bites in the bed

Pros:

Rooms were spacious, pool and spa facilities for guests is a huge bonus. Dining area looked nice although we didn’t use it.

Cons:

Felt a bit old timey. Spa needs a huge upgrade and water was cold. Room didn’t feel completely fresh and clean

Not a nice place to stay
Cons:

When we arrived, the room was extremely dirty. There was mould around the windows, dust throughout the room, and the bed cover had not been properly made, exposing visible stain marks on the mattress/bed underneath. The overall cleanliness standard was unacceptable.

In addition, we had requested a cot for our baby in advance, and this request had been confirmed by the hotel prior to our arrival. However, when we checked in, there was no cot in the room, and it appeared that staff were not aware of the request at all.

Due to the condition of the room and the lack of preparation for our stay, we made the decision not to stay overnight and checked out immediately, despite having already paid for the room.
