Lage top - Zimmer Flop
Pros:

Die Lage war super und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und wir waren zu einer sehr heißen Zeit da. Der Kühlschrank aufm Zimmer funktionierte auch nicht.

Mi e' piaciuta molto la posizione sul canale, la camera e bagno moderni e spaziosi.Colazione dolce e salata varia.Abbiamo richiesto un bagno con doccia e hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarmi!!Grazie.

Pleasant stay. Hotel is under going modernisation.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well laid out. Plenty of choices at breakfast.

Cons:

Lift wasn't working for part of the stay, had to drag cases up the stairs. Television in rooms weren't working, no channels available. Air-conditioning in restaurant want working when having breakfast, and it was hot.

Absoluter Glücksgriff in Brügge – Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Golden Tulip in Brügge und sind absolut begeistert!
Unser Zimmer war ein Traum – sehr, sehr geräumig und mit super bequemen Betten ausgestattet, in denen man fantastisch schläft. Ein echtes Highlight war das Badezimmer, das ganz frisch renoviert oder komplett neu war. Einfach top!
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man die wunderschöne Altstadt von Brügge problemlos zu Fuß erkunden kann.
Komfortabel, sauber, das Frühstück war ok und eine unschlagbare Lage. Wenn wir wieder nach Brügge kommen, dann definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel!

Muy buena estancia
Pros:

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, con habitaciones amplias, con bañera y a/c. El hotel cuenta con áreas verdes para comenzar la mañana de modo muy agradable y se sirve un desayuno excelente.

Cons:

En mi habitación no había toallas, solo un par de toallas tapiz de baño. Tuve que secarme con eso en la noche y el siguiente día pedí toallas en la recepción. Muy amablemente se me otorgaron pero un descuido así debe corregirse.

Great location but breakfast a let-down

Room size, bar/lounge, location.

Cons:

Breakfast experience is not 4star. Nobody seems to be attentively watching what is needed. Food items not replenished without asking, cups and plates had run out and not been replaced, dirty tables left uncleared until end of service. Nothing taken off the table so you end up eating amongst diety plates. Staff wander around but dont seem proactive in doing anything.
Room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. Bedside table never wiped down throughout our 4 day stay.
