The hotel itself is not bad, but the Wi-Fi connectivity was a major disappointment.
Pros:

The open network provided a speed of only around 2 Mbps, which was sufficient for checking emails and using social media, but completely inadequate for working. The so-called “fast” internet was even more disappointing: the network was barely accessible near the reception and was not visible at all from my room.

During my stay, I had to attend an important online meeting. I asked whether I could use a quiet area where the faster network was available, but I was advised to take the meeting from the lobby instead. Unfortunately, the network was not accessible there either, and the lobby was not quiet at that time. The staff made no real effort to resolve the problem, so I eventually had to use my phone as a hotspot.

Apart from this, the room was clean and the location was decent. The hotel is not directly in the city centre, but most places are still within a ten-minute walk.

Cons:

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist im Souterrain. Höhe Auslastung durch Bustouristik. Abend führte das zur Überlastung an der Snackbar - extrem lange Wartezeiten. Wir 2 Wochen in verschieden Hotels dieser Kategorie unterwegs. Diese Hotel hat auf unserer Liste den unteren Platz erhalten. TeuersterHotelparkplatz ( Flughafenpreise) in enger und dunkler Parkgarage.

Convenient and comfortable hotel for river cruising and general sightseeing in Bruges.
Pros:

Car park adjacent to hotel. 15 minutes walk into centre area. Breakfast selection was very good.
Reception staff were helpful.
Room was available early.
