Great value for money. Walkable to all the tourist spots.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The bathroom and all fixtures were modern and functional. The air cooling system was quiet and at the perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was average. It could have had more choices.

Perfectly acceptable. Great location.
Pros:

Nice hotel in a great location for the centre of Bruges. We were offered an early check in for our large ground floor room for free. Reception staff very helpful with places to go.

Cons:

Only 1 member of Evening staff struggled with serving at the bar as it was very busy.

Great staff, with facilities in needs of some upgrades.
Pros:

This hotel is on a lovely quiet street by the canal and about a 10 minute walk from the main square. Our room has a great view and the staff was friendly and professional. The property also has a nice garden and bar lounge.

Cons:

The hotel aesthetic was dated and the room was fairly bare bones but clean. The beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable and the wifi did not work.

Prima, maar niet bijzonder
Pros:

Goede ligging, lekker rustig,loopafstand centrum. Kamers waren pas gerenoveerd. Goed bed

Cons:

Verouderd hotel, behoeft een upgrade
Personeel balie niet echt behulpzaam. Geen informatie over ontbijt etc.

Pros:

Stort fint rum med AC. Säker cykelparkering.

Cons:

Smuts kring bottenventilen i handfatet. I övrigt var det rent. Knölig puckel som satt fast på sängen. Den var mest ivägen.

Pros:

Excelente desayuno. Todo se hace caminando

Cons:

Llegamos muy tarde porque el tren se suspendió. No había nada abierto solo un delivery muy caro. Las tarjetas de habitación no funcionanaban 3 veces las arreglamos y terminamos solucionando con una llave

Good apart from the night club!!
Pros:

The rooms were nice and in the heat wave the air conditioning was good.

Cons:

The hotel is next to some kind of night club, which operated to the early hours of the morning. Very very noisy!!!!! It was eventually possible to move rooms, to a quieter side of the hotel, but it was difficult to organise the switch and if that hadn’t been possible it would have been a terrible stay.

You can’t park till you check in which is pretty difficult on the narrow busy street.
