Our room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom—which was adapted—did not have an adequate curtain, causing water to spread everywhere. Additionally, there was a bad smell coming from the drain.

Goede locatie, maar verouderd geheel voor het bedrag dat mijn vraagt.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed, er was ook glutenvrij brood voor mijn vrouw welke niet tegen tarwe kan. De locatie is ook perfect, je zit op erg korte afstand van het levendige centrum, maar ook weer ver genoeg dat je niet in de drukte zit.

De kamer en badkamer ogen verouderd.
Onze airco stopte na 2 minuten met koelen en viel dan in storing. Er was een stinkende geur op het moment van storing. Dit vermelden na aankomst laat op de avond was weinig zinvol.
Op het bureau van de slaapkamer stond een kaart met de vermelding de fles water uit de koelkast te gebruiken om koffie of thee te maken. Helaas stond er geen fles water in de koelkast.
De bar beneden oogt ook dat het zijn beste tijd heeft gehad.
De oude tepanyaki ruimte is inmiddels een opslagruimte, dat oogt ook weinig moois.

We zijn in de nacht tot 2 keer toe wakker gebeld (omstreeks 03:00uur) door een persoon die zich voor deed als zijnde de receptie met de vermelding dat er een brandmelding op onze kamer was. Na verhaal halen bij de receptie in de nacht werd aangegeven dat zij het niet zijn geweest en dat we de hoorn er maar langs moesten leggen. Men kon wel zien wie je belde conform het personeel, maar daar werd niets mee gedaan.
In de ochtend bij het uitchecken werd er totaal niet gevraagd hoe het was bevallen. Er is ook geen excuses aangeboden of wat dan ook.

Hiernaast, nog de vermelding dat de parkeergarage enorm compact is. De polo van vrouwlief kon net tussen de dragende kolommen in staan. De vakken zijn hierdoor ronduit enorm smal te noemen. Kom je met een grotere auto dan zou ik hier zeker niet parkeren, of je moet het geluk hebben dat er 1 van de nog geen handvol vakken vrij is die wat ruimer zijn.

Helaas veel negatiefs, wat we normaliter niet graag aankaarten.

I would go back, with thinner pillows! Great hotel.
Pros:

We got a renovated room, the hotel seems to be under renovation, the room was great, spacious, modern, nice toiletries, a great rain shower… the receptionist who checked us in was also very helpful!
