Genoten met mijn dochter samen!
Pros:

Het leek wel een soort bungalowpark. Hele fijne ruime kamers en badkamer. Helaas regende het anders had mijn dochter heerlijk buiten kunnen spelen.

Cons:

In het begin was het even zoeken waar onze kamer was.

Teleurstelling dit Fletcher Hotel in Hoenderloo!

De Gym !

Cons:

1. Het binnenzwembad, temperatuur van het water stond te laag erg koud.
2. Ik had een Comfort kamer geboekt, daarbij krijg je via Booking.com de foto's van de kamer te zien wat je kunt verwachten. Op de foto's was te zien dat er een waterkoker & koffiezetapparaat aanwezig was. Dat was dus NIET het geval. Het was Hotelkamer 174 in Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Victoria-Hoenderloo.
3. Hotelkamer 174 was het zo heet als een sauna, de kachel stond op 5 open. Ik heb de kachel dicht gedaan en 45min de Hoteldeur en het raam open gezet, maar helaas bleef de kamer zo warm. Dus ik had gevraagd voor een andere Hotelkamer, Hotelkamer 301 is het geworden maar daarvoor moest ik dus 40 euro extra bijbetalen? Erg jammer.. en zeer slechte service! Ik ben uiteindelijk 1 dag eerder naar huis gegaan, ivm de teleurstelling van dit Hotel.
4. Ook bij het uitchecken vroeg de baliemedewerker geen eens hoe mijn verblijf was, ze vroeg alleen oh! U gaat 1 dag eerder weg? Ik zei daarop Ja! En de beste mevrouw zei; oké het is goed zo.
Fijne dag!

Tekort aan personeel waardoor het moeilijk was om een kopje koffie te bestellen als je niet voor het ontbijtbuffet had gekozen

Fijn verblijf bij een mooi park met leuke huisjes.

Prachtige omgeving en super vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel en het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid.

Cons:

De kleedruimte van het zwembad had wat schoner gemogen. Ons bezoekje aan het zwembad was laat op de avond. Wellicht is dit wel overdag in orde.

Prima maar personeel mag wat flexibeler zijn

Cons:

Ik was er met m’n zoon van 13. We konden niet in het hotel eten. Want we hadden niet gereserveerd.. wilde alleen een kipsateetje eten.. maar te weinig personeel in de keuken. Mochten wel aan de bar eten snacks of pizza. Pizza salami en margarita waren alleen op.. pizza met groente.. daarvoor gepast. We hadden geen haast hadden prima aan de bar een uur ons kunnen vermaken met een spelletje wachtend op onze saté.. maar geen flexibiliteit bij personeel..
