Pros:

Mooie locatie vriendelijk personeel en schoon en een mooie vernieuwde sportschool

Cons:

Ontbijt was tot 10:00 toen we om 9:30 aankwamen was er al bijna niets meer en werd niet aangevuld
Na ons kwamen ook zeker nog 4/5 stellen die verbaasd waren dat er bijna niets meer lag!

Cons:

Een niet Nederlands sprekende receptionist was erg klantonvriendelijk tegen een andere klant. Deze kwam na het inchecken melden dat hun kamer stonk en de tafel vies was. In plaats van aan te bieden iemand naar de kamer te sturen om te controleren, verwees hij haar naar de klachtenprocedure. De oplossing was zo simpel, maar zijn houding was heel bot.

Leuke locatie maar niet om te slapen.
Pros:

Leuk kleinschalig, voldoende privacy.

Cons:

Ik kan niet slapen onder die polyester dekbedden Verschrikkelijk!! En dan zo'n gaar kussen met hopen vulling erin. Ik heb helaas geen oog dicht gedaan.

Prima voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie is dichtbij de wandelpaden van de Veluwe. Leuke opzet afwijkend van andere hotels (kamers in aparte gebouwtjes).

Cons:

Wij zaten op een kamer op de begane grond. We konden de bovenburen horen lopen. Had niet verwacht dat het gehorig zou zijn.
Er was op de eerste avond geen mogelijkheid om te dineren in het restaurant van het hotel. Vanwege drukte kon dat pas vrij laat op de avond.

The room size , location to walking routes. Staff in friendly.

Cons:

No kettle in the room. Cleaning needs to be scheduled a day before. Receptionist is not familiar of the walking routes little knowledge to recommend. Breakfast, some dishes were served cold.

Mooie ruime kamer. Proper. Aangenaam bed. Fijne grote badkamer. Heerlijke inloopdouche. Zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

De ontvangst was kil, zakelijk en afstandelijk. De parking bij de huisjes was erg modderig.

Eenmalig maar nooit meer.

De kamer was prima. Zo ook de bedden. Maar dan stop het wat ons betreft.

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst in het restaurant verbazen ons. Zag er super uit. Maar toen kwam de grote teleurstelling “de menu kaart” wanneer je dit een menukaart mag noemen. Een 4tje eenzijdig met een minimale aantal menu’s. Bij een cafetaria krijg je een hele andere kaart met andere menu’s. Dit restaurant is qua menu’s niet de naam restaurant waardig. De soep was lauw. Werd verholpen door deze even op te waren. De burger was doorbakken. Jammer wij zijn echte flechergangers. Maar hier nooit mee. Wanneer je hier meerdere dagen verblijft eet je meerdere dagen hetzelfde. Personeel alleen Engels talig die niet op de hoogte zijn hoe je gasten behandeld. Jammer. Ons hier niet meer gezien. En kom niet aan dat het overal hetzelfde beleid is. Absoluut niet gastvrijheid.
