Mooie ruime kamer, wc douche gescheiden, schoon, airco, prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Het ligt een aantal kilometer van Hoenderloo, wel een beetje een donker weggetje op de fiets. Elektrische fiets kon niet van middag tot middag gehuurd worden.

Location and room were fine.

Cons:

We couldn’t eat dinner as we didn’t reserve. We were not told to book for dinner. We could only order fried snacks or a pizza. After a day of walking in the area, we were looking to relax and enjoy a good dinner. But we were disappointed and this clouded the pleasure of our stay. Staff were sympathetic but we were told that that was the policy and it was absolutely not flexible due to staff constraints. As guests staying 2 nights at the hotel, I found this policy appalling and customer unfriendly.

Guter Standort um den Hoge Veluwe zu erkunden
Pros:

Schön gelegen. Wir waren zu dritt in einer Suite. Alles war gut vorbereitet. Platz und Bad waren ok für eine Nacht. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Es gab wenig Gelegenheit Sachen unterzubringen.

Pros:

we kregen, op ons verzoek, de eerste ochtend een lunchpakket mee met daarin oa twee keiharde peren... dat schiet dan niet op. Tweede dag was beter, met oa twee sinaasappels.

Cons:

Het slot van de voordeur sloot niet goed af. Toen we terugkwamen stond de deur op een kier! Niets gestolen maar was wel heel vreemd! Melding van gemaakt bij de receptie. Matrassen waren erg zacht. dat is persoonlijk snap ik. Maar jullie vragen mijn ervaring.

Personeel is niet betrokken
Pros:

Restaurant en locatie zijn goed

Cons:

Personeel is totaal ongeinteresseerd. Een gezin naast mij moest extra handoeken huren voor hun kinderen in een familiekamer. Zelf had ik een late checkout en wordt twee keer hard verstoord door een onaardige schoonmaakploeg. Bonken op de deur. Rust verstoord. Willen ook niet weggaan. Verblijf valt daardoor tegen. Dit istoch het minste dat je verwacht: rust. Als je dan feedback geeft bij de receptie zeggen ze daar kunnen we niks over zeggen. Stuur maar een email. Dit hotel is niet voor de rust en service. Matrassen zijn ook te zacht. Er lag nog wc papier in de wc en de douche was niet schoon. Plus schimmel bij de ramen. Slechts een verdienmodel.

De ligging en kamer was rustgevend en goed gelegen

Cons:

Het zwembad was heel klein en koud, daarnaast was het personeel vriendelijk, maar niet meedenkend en heeft het personeel fouten gemaakt

Prima hotel voor een weekendje weg met gezin en hond.
Pros:

De bedden lagen heerlijk en de kamer was lekker ruim.

Cons:

De kussens op de bedden waren erg slap alsof je op een hoopje lucht ligt te slapen.
Het ontbijt was redelijk. Ik had er meer van verwacht n.a.v. alle recensies.

Pros:

Schone, rustige, ruime en moderne kamer met terras. Heerlijke plek! Ook een prima e-bike gehuurd.

Cons:

Lange wachtrij bij in- en uitchecken.
De fietsroute die bij de receptie lag, ging alleen langs de hoofdweg. Mensen komen niet naar de veluwe om langs de hoofdweg te fietsen. Onderweg bij een fietswinkel gestopt die een veel betere route gaf.
