Muito barulho devido a reforma, desnível do piso do quarto para o banheiro, perigo de acidente, elevador com defeito, um dia, claridade no quarto, pedi para limpar o quarto mas não limparam, comunicação através de WhatsApp.

Cons:

O estacionamento e pago, e muito ruim estreito demais so entra um carto por vez, se o seu tiver no final e previso que retire todos para o seu sai.
O quarto a janela fica de fica para central de ar, muito ruim e distante das camas, e como se não tivesse janelas.
