Extrem gute Lage direkt am Meer
Das Zimmer war sauber der Innenhof des Hotels leider nicht ( Abfall und Vogeldreck )
De locatie aan de kust is prima.
De algehele staat van het gebouw, oud, sleets, veel kapot of lelijk. De kamers aan de achterkant ( evenveel als aan de voorkant?) kijken uit op lelijkheid.
Het ontbijt is ook matig, veel vieze Engelse boel en weinig kwaliteit.
Good size room in hotel in ideal location on the sea front. Buffet Breakfast was very good with friendly helpful staff :) We will be back!
Great location, friendly and attentive staff. The hotel made an effort to accommodate my accessibility needs by providing a shower chair, which I really appreciated.
The bathroom is suitable for people with limited mobility, but it is not fully wheelchair accessible. The space is too small to manoeuvre a wheelchair independently, so wheelchair users will need assistance to use the bathroom.
Very close to everything
Once we were moved the room was beautiful
Le lit était très confortable, la chambre joliment décorée. Les fenêtres sont bien isolées, nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangé par le bruit.
Nous avions la chance d'avoir un grand balcon. Par contre il n'était pas très bien aménagé, juste deux chaises. Et il n'était pas très propre: crottes d'oiseau, chewing gum, serviette tombé de l'étage du haut, etc.
Great location for getting to the Fat Boy Slim concert on the beach. Very walkable to the pier and attractions and into town.
The use of the car park was brilliant. We luckily got the last space.
The bedroom was a good size & clean.
The bed & pillows were comfy and there was aircon at no extra charge.
Salah and Betsy were amazing. Betsy got us seated for breakfast quickly and Salah was quick to get tables cleared and re-set and he was on top of the kitchen making sure food was quickly replenished.
The reception area and main staircase leading off were beautifully decorated.
The corridors and stairs were narrow, uneven in places and didn’t have the same splendour as the reception area. The lilac woodwork is vomit inducing and the two female receptionists I dealt with were over familiar which (whilst friendly) was not professional.
The breakfast was fantastic.

Aircon wasn't working and the hotel had a shortage of fans.
Good locstion
The hotel was dirty, with beer glasses lying in the corridors. The room had a sticky stained carpet, and the bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned. I was kept awake during the night by slamming doors. Overall it was an ugly experience. Fortunately, the duty manager allowed me to cancel my second nights stay and told me that Mercure will refund the cost of this second night through Booking.com. I am still waiting for the refund.

Car was full on arrival , I am blue badge, called a head to book, no bookings ! Told Monday would be quiet but was full ! Tight to get into and poorly signed
