Great location, Disappointingly overpriced as the rooms were of a below average standard.
Pros:

Great location, nice breakfast.

Cons:

Severely overpriced for the tiny mews room we were given. Very poor water pressure. Room was cold. Not the cleanest.

Perfect location for the Brighton Half Marathon
Pros:

Excellent hotel, beautifully decorated, friendly staff, well equipped comfortable rooms. Changed me to a room with a shower when I asked.

Cons:

One of our party tripped on a lose stone in the car park and was badly bruised. However, the hotel handled this well and completed accident form and refunded parking charge.

Pleasant stay, will return
Pros:

Nice bar although £7 for a pint was toppy.
Staff were friendly and helpful (in bar, restaurant and reception)
Shower was nice (powerful)
Rooms clean.
Great location for Brighton and Hove.

Cons:

Bar bit pricey.
Rooms were very warm (we needed window open in February)
Got woken up by some chap in corridor on his CB radio/walkie talkie at 615am on the Sunday morning. This wasn’t great.
Could have done with more sockets in room by the bed.
Bed wasn’t very comfy.

Pros:

Everything! The hotel was beautiful, with a great atmosphere. It felt laid back and friendly whilst maintaining a very high standard. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we efficient.
The staff in the breakfast room gave a perfect service and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had.
The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and spacious and the bar area was lovely, we particularly enjoyed sitting there in the evening, looking out over the seafront.
We will definitely be returning, thank you.
