Only 20 dogs. Don't know what it would be like in a heat wave

Creaking saggy floors. Carpet needed replacement. The grout in the bathroom needed a proper clean.
Location was great. Lovely walks along the seafront.
Parking is advertised but they wanted £28 per day which is bonkers. Parked on the seafront for a fraction.
Room was fine, Bed comfortable, shower good. A stand on which to place suitcase would be nice and some drawers, there is only an iron rack which is the wardrobe. Been before so location and Breakfast are reasons for returning

Super never ending breakfast with just about every thing you can imagine on the list. For my monies worth just from that !
I had a twin single room. Had the usual shower,tv,toilet etc. move also to have an iron and board , safe and as there was no aircon a small fan was supplied. All in all very happy for the price i paid. Top notch breakfast choice 👌🏽
