Great location with parking. Room was comfy.
Pillows were hard & uncomfortable. Was unable to get a drink in the bar due to an 'incident' and not enough tea & milk provided in the room.
It was a great location just a 10 second walk to the beach, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly.
I just wish there was a gym!
Breakfast was OK but we struggled to get a table on Sunday morning
The shower could have been a bit cleaner

I booked this hotel for a weekend birthday getaway. The location was perfect. The hotel is very nice , has parking, which is £28 a night .. didn’t see that on the website!!
The best thing about this hotel though is the wonderful staff . Really friendly, helpful and nice
Good location
Staff came into our room while we were out even though we had the do not disturb sign up. I know someone did as there were new mugs and a biscuit. Nothing was taken but just felt a bit weird. Also the shower was very grimy around the door.

Fantastic staff. Some rooms are tired we ended up in a stunning sea view room thanks to the FOH manager Marianna, the hotel entrance is stylish and welcoming.
The Bar is small and cosy, the restaurant is very small when you consider the size of the hotel so can be busy. Parking is tight but available.
The staff make this place. Special shout out to Flo and Kate on reception but everyone is great. Mercure Hotels you need to address some of the other areas in this hotel. Your staff outshine your hotel.
