Yes all great ,very clean great staff ,breakfast was ok .good value fir money ,bar staff exceptional good with the de caff tea thanks so much for that .

Great location for the Marathon!!
Pros:

Spacious room, lovely bathroom, balcony, sea view. Very helpful staff, especially Paul.
I was there for the Marathon, so great views and rightly beside mile 18!!

Cons:

Room was very cold and draughty. Eventually managed to warm it up with radiator on full, (but needed bleeding) Plus the air con on heat!!
Room was not refreshed after first night.

The room and general appearance of the hotel was very run down, in the middle of the night I think I heard cleaners cleaning which were very loud and woke us up

Fine hotel in excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Room was fine enough. Shower was good. Good sound proofing, there was lots going on in the reception area but I couldn;t hear it in my room.

Cons:

The view outside was just a fire escape and some dirty walls (I didn't have a sea view). No minifridge in the room. Bathroom was a bit small, but clean.

Was a really nice trip, made better by the staff!!
Pros:

Matt and his team were delightful, accommodating in every way, polite and considerate, the front of house team were fabulous, the f&b team were extremely professional from breakfast to the bar team in the evening, I would certainly recommend!!
